Before, it was every other week, but now we're without internet for 24-48 hours each week in Belton, TX. When calling support, I'm put on hold for 20-30 minutes, and I often have to call back several times just to get an appointment scheduled. Not to mention, our monthly bill is over $150 for this unreliable service.

I was first directed to a T-Mobile store in Belton, but that experience was more than lacking. As soon as I walked in, I met Kamea. She is the store manager and was awesome. She was attentive to what had occurred on my quest to get a new iPhone and was so helpful in the setup. I even watched her assist her crew in their professional development as T-Mobile associates. They looked at it and stated that I needed to take it to the Best Buy Geek Squad which I thought was unusual. Shouldn't a T-Mobile store want to keep things in-store and not go to a third party? After driving 20 minutes toward Best Buy, I ended up at another T-Mobile store in Temple (145 Westfield Blvd.) They were awesome and gave me a replacement phone with no issue. Be forewarned, nothing against it, but T-Mobile Belton is owned by a third party (franchise) and T-Mobile Temple is owned by the corporation. I have learned that this is a Big difference. Please take your business to the Temple store instead.

The one I thought might help me didn't even finish with her customer she just got up, hugged them (pretty clear it was a friend or family member), and went straight to help another family she seemed to know. Never said hi, never acknowledged me, nothing. I stood there for about ten minutes just waiting. I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, but a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way.
