Came in to get my pickleball paddles through the T-mobile Tuesday offer. Not usually the T-mobile store I go to since I'm just visiting Temple for the month. However, I was greeted quickly and got the paddles promptly. Note - if you're coming to redeem a T-mobile Tuesday offer in Temple, go to this location. I don't believe the Metro stores have them nor the kiosk that they have in the Sam's Club. BEWARE, of these T-Mobile Representatives sharing your personal data such as Driver's License information, phone number, etc. to scammers, gang stalkers, and hustlers within the community. While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip that I mainly conduct business. Then the representative reads my new number out very loudly in front a room full of men. This was to communicate my personal data to the scammers in the store seeking to get customer data to compromise their phone. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. I was not greeted upon entering. I noticed two sales associates who had customers. I sat down and waited to be acknowledged. I waited for ten minutes with no acknowledgment from the associates. I don't spend money where the service or in this case , non service is non existent. read more

Maribel from this store is amazing!! She helped my husband and I switch from AT&T. My husband got his phone the same day we went in because they had it in stock. I had to order my phone and she helped me set set it from home! Even stayed on the phone with me 4 hours past her shift. Such a great help!!! read more

Agree this is the worst store of Tmobile's yet. They will not be honest when selling you plans and phones just for their commission gain. They created such a mess with my account the Tmobile business folks at 611 had to take three hours of my time to straighten everything out, they admitted that the store did not act in a professional manner and did not give us the best deals available just to make a sale. Wow what a mess. Went in to switch an account from ATT. Was met with nothing but problems. Jeff was unable to get things going the way needed. Which caused my mom and dad to be phone-less for a week. Never would I have thought coming over would have been an issue. A year ago we went to this store to switch from Verizon for the better rates T-Mobile has for seniors. Recently we encountered a problem with coverage. There are large areas near Temple, Tx where there is no service of any king with T-Mobile, such as in Holland, TX. After a week of going back and forth with technical support it was admitted the coverage maps are not accurate and Holland does not have a strong enough signal to make calls on T-Mobile.
