At first, I was a bit confused, but he explained that the crack was in a spot where it was unlikely to spread, and in his opinion, the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it. I truly appreciated his candid and straightforward opinion --he could've easily taken my money, but instead, he gave me valuable, honest advice. I will definitely be coming back if my computer screen gets worst and with any other electronics that need fixed!
