When I showed Caleb the crack and explained my concerns, he surprised me by advising, "I think you should wait it out." At first, I was a bit confused, but he explained that the crack was in a spot where it was unlikely to spread, and in his opinion, the cost of repair wouldn't be worth it. I truly appreciated his candid and straightforward opinion --he could've easily taken my money, but instead, he gave me valuable, honest advice. I will definitely be coming back if my computer screen gets worst and with any other electronics that need fixed!

I don't believe the Metro stores have them nor the kiosk that they have in the Sam's Club. I went to the latter since it was the closest not knowing this was the case, but Stephen was helpful in telling me to go to this location.

While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip that I mainly conduct business. Then the representative reads my new number out very loudly in front a room full of men. This was to communicate my personal data to the scammers in the store seeking to get customer data to compromise their phone. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. Do not go into these T-Mobile stores to update your account, change your phone, transfer data, etc. Call 611 for customer support for any general concern or technical support at 1800-692-7753.

I have seen one gentleman come out from the back and help one customer and then disappear again to the back. I understand buying a phone takes a long time but the guy checking people in could be doing something to help customers out. Then another guy shows up helps a customer then disappears again to the back. Finally after 50 minutes an associate comes to help me. She gets on the phone and the representative tells me I will have to wait 15 more days till my check is cut. Not the answer I was looking for. I do not understand why it takes over a month to cut a refund check to their customers.
