I brought my iPads to get fixed unaware that the previous owner was no longer gon be there so after I picked it up went home a day later I noticed it was lifting so I went back and as I did the New owners were just taking over. She was a delight. She reassured me that once the store was back in business she was going to take care of everything and that she did. Luckily for me I still had the receipt so no charge for the repair due to the previous owners work. If your in need any screen fixed this is the place they were polite and timely! My cell phone locked up. I've had the same one for 2 years and never experienced this. Nothing I did, worked. I turned it on and off, and pressed every function key I could, -- nada. So I took it into Cellaris. Voila! The young woman knew what to do, and did it. No charge. Just a customer-service benefit and she explained that this business location is now newly-managed recently. They are anxious to be known for quality attention to us, the community of users. She was competent, friendly, and asked only that I post a review. (What a deal!) read more

I originally brought my slightly cracked phone to 254 repair to have the screen replaced. When I left from there , my screen was replaced however my face recognition and the sound on my phone no longer worked . A they could offer me was my money back and to put on my previously cracked screen(which they lost and gave me some random even worse cracked screen) . I had one issue that now was 3 issues thanks to 254 repair . The manager never called me back . I eventually took my phone and money to Cellairis . My screen , sound and face recognition are now working perfectly. I have no further issues with my phone . So relieved cause that whole process was annoying and I didn't think my phone would ever work again properly . #SavedALife read more

Tried this place twice and have regretted it both times. First time with my iPhone 6, less than a month after repairing my screen the whole thing came unglued and fell off. The second time with my iPhone 5S work phone. The screen would not come on so all of the functions could not be checked when I turned it in but everything worked just fine the day before. After the new screen was installed my light sensor does not work and my touchscreen doesn't work on some parts of the screen. I have to keep flipping the phone to use all the functions. I would rather order a screen and try to replace it myself then go back here. read more

Excellent Customer Service!! My Iphone6 had water damage, thanks to Seth and Ouziin my phone is back working with no problems. I am so glad I stopped there before going anywhere else. I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new phone. They have very affordable prices. Trust me guys it is worth every penny!! These guys are the best!!! They have fixed my phone when others haven't even dared to try. Not only would they try they fixed them. Ex smashed a phone everyone said I'd have to use insurance but these guys fixed it! I have brought every phone with issues ever since and I am satisfied every time! My kids came in to see if they could repair their phone, after being told there would be no fee for looking at it, after the man said he spent hours trying to see what was wrong, he then took their money after telling them it would cost over $230 to repair, and took $50 after telling them it was something simple under that amount. After realizing he couldn't fix it then takes the money because he SAYS he spent 7hrs trying to figure out what was wrong. I called to see why a business would say on thing and do another and this man had the audacity to say I shouldn't have sent my kids alone! They're 23 yrs, so if you have kids that aren't aware of what's wrong with their phone DO NOT go here, he will take your money! If he can't tell you what's wrong at that time DO NOT give him money for hours not documented on ONE phone for a business! No honest business person will attempt to fix a phone for $200 plus dollars when it's cheaper to buy a new one. Con artist at it's finest, has no RULES to show for his business time spent on figuring out what's wrong with a phone and a member of the Better Business Bureau. I'd avoid this location altogether, ripping off people of color. read more

I recently broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S6, and was looking for an affordable and more importantly FAST option to have it fixed. I called this company and spoke to Shannon in their customer service call center. I explained the situation and the type of phone that I have, and she assured me they would be able to help me at the Killeen location. She gave me a quote and we set up an appointment time for later that afternoon. She assured me I would receive an email with my appointment confirmation, and we hung up. A few minutes later, I did receive an email, but it was an appointment confirmation for a completely different customer. I replied to the email stating this was not my appointment, and Shannon replied letting me know she was sorry and would send mine shortly. I didn't end up receiving that until several hours AFTER my appointment time. So much for that. I went to this Killeen location at the time I had set the appointment for, and spoke to a very nice woman there whose name unfortunately escapes me at the moment. I told her I had an appointment to have my phone screen repaired, and she advised me that she hadn't received any word of my appointment. She was able to find me in the system after a few minutes, and I showed her the broken phone. She then explained to me that not only are they NOT repairing the Galaxy S6's yet, they didn't even have the parts for them. I live in Cove so was quite upset that I had driven all the way there only to be told that everything I had already discussed with Shannon was impossible for them to do. The woman at the Killeen store did feel very bad about the mix-up, and even called around to other repair shops in the area to find one that would be able to help me. That should have been the end of it. I got my phone fixed elsewhere and forgot all about this experience with Cellairis. Until a few days later, when I received an email from Shannon at the call center, saying they're sorry I missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule to fix my Samsung Galaxy S6? Are you kidding me?? So I replied to her email that she really needs to get her facts straight, that I had never missed my appointment, that in fact I drove all the way there from another town only to be told they do not fix that phone. Rather than simply let it go, or god forbid apologize for her error, Shannon passive-aggressively sent back a screenshot of some list from her computer that is supposed to show the services offered at each location, and where it showed Galaxy S6 on the list. I replied to her email letting her know I did not appreciate receiving passive-aggressive screenshots in lieu of an apology or better yet nothing at all, and recommended that instead of pointlessly emailing me, she would be better served by calling the actual Killeen location and talking to them to find out why they are apparently not doing a service that they are supposed to according to her little list. I also asked her not to email me again, as I had already gone elsewhere and was more than ready to be done with their company altogether. Despite my request for her to stop contacting me, she replied yet again, this time outright aggressively, letting me know that she did not make any mistakes, that the Killeen location does in fact fix that type of phone and she is sorry that they sent me away for some reason. At this point I was livid. All I wanted was for them to own their mistake, and really to just leave me alone. So I called and asked for a supervisor, and was directed to Yami. Yami was very sweet and empathetic, and assured me she would be addressing the issue with Shannon. She asked for the emails in question, and offered to send me a free accessory of my choosing for the inconvenience. Honestly were it not for the kindness and sincerity of Yami and the very nice woman at the Killeen store, this company would get 1 star for Shannon's EPIC lack of professionalism and ownership. read more
