Shattered my iPhone 12 screen, my husband took it in to get fixed. It cost 200$ and so far it works great! My only complaint is that the screen is mis-colored. It seems like the brightness is down but it is all the way up. Pictures do look different compared to my husbands iPhone 12. It will drive me crazy for a little while till I get used to it. Also worried if T-Mobile will take the phone back when I want to upgrade, so I would keep all of this in mind! Very satisfied! I took my iPad there to get fixed. They ordered the parts to replace to screen. I found out later at home something was still wrong so I took it back. It turns out the motherboard was bad as well as the screen I just had replaced. I was annoyed at this point. They then told me they could refund me or switch it out for another iPad they had in store that came with a detachable keyboard. That made my day because I really needed a iPad for work. Brought my phone in because it wasn't turning on. They looked at it and said they'd test my battery and if it's bad, replace it. As they check out my phone, they say the battery is good and they reboot my phone. It started working like nothing happened. Told me they wouldn't charge me anything and made my day. Do not use this company! SKETCHY! I went in to get my iPhone 7 plus screen fixed (it had a TINY TINY crack) and they literally broke my phone. The home button completely stopped working. So we went back in and the guy working (who turned out to be the owner) kept pressing the home and top button at the same time trying to trick me that it was fine. Are you serious? After I made him put it on the counter and show me with one hand how he was getting it to work he admitted that it was now broken. He then asked me for my passcode and said he would need it to fix my screen. Which seemed so sketchy to me and I wasn't comfortable leaving my phone with him, having personal and confidential numbers and stuff on my phone. He wouldn't refund our money. He said he would put another broken screen back in (didn't have mine claimed he already sold it) or we could let him try and out a new screen on again. So my choices were to have a worse broken glass screen AND a broken home button or just bite the cost of $100 that they broke my phone. The screen kept working less and less after that, touch response wise and we had to go to Verizon before they closed to get a brand new phone. Then, talking to some local people I found out about 3 different phones where this EXACT home button situation happened. Save your phone go somewhere else PLEASE! read more

Recently had my iPhone 5c screen replaced by these people. I was in a hurry so I was just in and out before I had checked my screen. First off the overall visual quality of the screen was amazing. Looked just as good as the original. Later that same evening I realized only half of my touch screen was working. Next day I had my wife bring it in for repair as they cover manufacturers defect with any products they sell. That evening yet again more problems. Touch sensitivity was erratic, icons and apps would open at will, yet again third times a charm right, wrong. Upon bringing the phone in for the third time we phoned ahead and were reassured that they would do everything in their powers to fix my problem at no cost. When I received my phone everything seemed fine. Screen was great but my home screen button would spin and felt loose. They immediately attempted to rectify this situation. 20 minutes later they brought my phone back and the button was fine. Unfortunately my screen was flickering like an old fluorescent light bulb. When I brought this up to the repair tech I was told "this is normal sir". Having now being somewhat experienced with new screens installed in my iPhone I was quick to say no, this is fact not normal. Being that the touch pad did in fact work properly he convinced me to give it a day or two on account of static electricity discharge within the screen would solve these short comings. I informed the man if I had to come back. It will be for a refund(I could of gone to the Apple Store and had it done one time the right way). He assured me it wasn't their fault, it was the screens that are faulty(you're business is only as good as the product you put out). As I looked at my phone one last time as I walked out their door I noticed my front camera was not even there. Yet again they apologized and replaced the entire screen with camera from a new already working iPhone. It now works great as advertised. I would highly recommend taking your phones in need of repair elsewhere. Even if they were giving screens away. It's not worth the headache. read more

254 Repair About a month ago I brought my phone into 254 Repair for a cracked screen on my iPhone 7+, after paying 205.00 that was with a discount since I have used them two other times, after looking at the phone when I got it home my husband noticed that the corners were lifting on the sides, being that our business is run from my phone and our lives are hectic to say the least I let it go and didn't worry to much about it. A few weeks later I'm sitting at my kitchen table, answering messages with both elbows on the table and drop my phone maybe 1.5 feet and my screen shatters again...my husband calls and speaks to the owner at 254 where he explains that the phone was lifted on the corners and shattered from the corners that were lifted during the last repair, he stated to bring it in and if the phone was lifted and had cracked from the corners his manager Juan would handle the situation, he quoted that he would however discount the service to $120.00. When the phone was brought in and I showed him clearly that the phone was lifted and even movement in the corners, Juan stated that the phone was supposed to be like that and that the screen was not shattered from the corners. I asked to speak with the owner who he stated he was not able to get in touch with the owner nor did he have a number he could reach him at. So another $120.00 later, my husband picks up the phone and is greeted by Juan who shows him a small fold in the right corner of the screen and tells my husband that the reason why is because the phone is lifted at the corners? I again just need my phone but have quickly realized that Juan and his owner may not be the most honest people. So here we are once again this time my blood is boiling, lcd cracks again this time while sitting directly on my night stand this time a line right from the corner of where the lifted fold that first did not happen but then it did happen while in the hands of 254 Repair. This time I go in and am greeted with Juan who first states the owner is not around I am beyond irate and after explain to Juan laws that protect consumers the owner miracuolosly appears from the back where he tells me to take my business elsewhere or he will call police.....I'm out a phone which in turn leaves a huge financial inconvenience to my business and with a pregnant daughter, a special needs daughter and a serious health condition I have personally it comes down to much more than just being shady. Went to this place earlier today because I had shattered the screen on my iPhone 6plus over the weekend. Just before coming here I stopped at a place called compuzone (or whatever the name of the place next to it is that fixes phones.) because they had really great reviews on here anyway they charged $200 to fix the screen and they said it would take 5 days to get the parts in and I would have to pay 100 in advance for them to order it and I wouldn't get that back if I decided to go somewhere else! So I figured I'd try another place first. Omg this place was amazing the guy was super friendly and helpful the moment I walked in he said it would be around $170 to fix the phone which was less than the other place and the best part he could have it done in about 35 minutes!!!! Went back to pick it up it works perfectly and they even put a good quality screen protector on it for free!!!!!!! You can also buy a warranty so that you can get it repaired anytime at a much cheaper price! I highly recommend this place. Not sure why the other place had such great reviews however I can't really knock them seeing as how I didn't actually do business with them. This place is amazing and I will definitely be recommending it to everyone I know. read more

OKAY so i rarely leave reviews but right now i am sitting inside of 254 repair shop to fix my iphone5s. i live here in killeen but today drove one whole hour to apple in austin at the domain to get my phone fixed. after being there for not even 10 minutes i was told that there is NO WAY POSSIBLE to fix my phone! that i would ABSOLUTELY need to REPLACE the phone. as bummed out as i was losing treasured pictures and memories on my phone I googled this 254 phone repair store and am about to walk out with a perfectly fixed phone for about 100$!!!!!!
