Outstanding professional service! This year, I had a external hard drive completely stop working. Nothing strange happened, just one day the drive was completely blank. The drive contained approximately 20 years of photos and important documents. A friend in cyber security reviewed the issue and could not identify a trace of any information on the disk. I contacted a couple companies that said they would only box up the hard drive and send it out of state. When I contacted RogersPC, he explained that he is equipped for data recovery and would give his best efforts to identify the issue and recover the data at the lowest level possible so I would not have to spend the highest dollar for out of state forensic services. I decided to give him a chance and I was impressed! He quickly identified that the hard drive hardware had failed and over a few days he was able to recover 100% of my approximate 44,000 files! Not all cases are the same being that technology is volatile, but he is absolutely qualified and returned tens of thousands of memories back to my family. I needed to install old software that can not be installed on windows 10 but they said they could do it, and they did! Also while they had my HP Pavilion All In One computer I had my storage upgraded to a solid state drive and they upgraded my Ram memory for free! The battery in my laptop puffed up, so it's time for a new one. I planned to replace it myself; however, I was unable to find one online.
