The technical expertise of this small business owner was only outshined by the professionalism and individualized care he provided. Used Yelp to ask for quotes from 5 different computer repair companies. Had two laptops locked out because I hadn't logged into them in months. Plus one of the two needed virus removal. Shawn did A great Job fixing my friends Gaming PC. We brought it to him because we thought that the motherboard was fried and needed to be replaced we brought a new motherboard and just requested that he install it. He could have just installed it charged us and sent us on our way however he ran some diagnostics and determined within 30 minutes that the motherboard was perfectly fine but that we had an issue with our Hard-drive and CPU cooler. We dropped it of on a Monday afternoon and we're able to pick up the fixed PC by Tuesday afternoon.
