After driving 20 minutes toward Best Buy, I ended up at another T-Mobile store in Temple (145 Westfield Blvd.) They were awesome and gave me a replacement phone with no issue. Be forewarned, nothing against it, but T-Mobile Belton is owned by a third party (franchise) and T-Mobile Temple is owned by the corporation. I have learned that this is a Big difference.
