    Staff is slow and incompetent. Had to come into the store three times just to get my line moved over.

While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip that I mainly conduct business. Then the representative reads my new number out very loudly in front a room full of men. This was to communicate my personal data to the scammers in the store seeking to get customer data to compromise their phone. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. Do not go into these T-Mobile stores to update your account, change your phone, transfer data, etc. Call 611 for customer support for any general concern or technical support at 1800-692-7753.

However, I was greeted quickly and got the paddles promptly. Note - if you're coming to redeem a T-mobile Tuesday offer in Temple, go to this location. I don't believe the Metro stores have them nor the kiosk that they have in the Sam's Club. I went to the latter since it was the closest not knowing this was the case, but Stephen was helpful in telling me to go to this location.

So far, 2 out of 3 reps have succeeded in naffing me off enough to end the call before I got everything answered. This is after two free range salesmen ghosted me after vowing to "I'll take care of the switch and upgrade". So far only one phone rep. has been helpful, without giving me the creepy skivvy salesman vibe. Will update after my store visit, hopefully the rating will improve.

What I don't understand is when there are four to five people waiting to be helped and all the employees just stare at you. This was totally unacceptable for customer service and Spectrum should do something about it. I would have done everything online if the option was there. I waited 40 minutes to get three minutes of help. This is not my first rodeo in this store, same thing happened before. What shocked me the most my first trip here was while this woman sat on her butt a trainee was helping me. When he asked for the password, she looked around and then pulled a post it note out of the trash and said, here it is. (Never getting off her rear end) Wait! What? You just pulled the password that protects our information out of the trash. We don't have options besides Spectrum for internet or I would have ran my rear out of there. Be careful with this company. They have NO customer service and will not protect your account. The picture included is when there were three people waiting to be helped, we were all standing away in awe except the one guy.

They did not have a very good selection. Only about 6 or 7 phones if that. I asked if the phone had a case and she said no. I decided to get the phone. The young girl asked me what my password was and i didnt say anything because there were people around me. Then she said it louder Sir what is your password. So i gave it to her because i would change it after I would leave there. I ordered my insurance for phone. I wasnt impressed with it but very terrible selection. I told her i wanted the 30.00 plan, she said with the phone i have i am not allowed to have that plan. Later on a nother worker came in and told her i could have that plan. She wanted me to take a 50.00 plan and even that came with extras i would have to pay. Anyway, i did get the 30.00 plan and left. The next day i went to the VA hospital for an emergency. While in the ER my phone was stolen by a nurse. I saw the nurse and the phone. She was trying to get into it but couldnt. When i asked to see her phone she got up and scurried away. The Drs released me a few hours later. I went directly to Cricket at 1225 S.31St i asked the same young lady to turn off my phone so i didnt get any long distant calls. She replied i cant do that until you buy a new phone. I asked her if she was crazy. I told this kid i dont need to buy a phone i had ordered the insurance. I said if someone steals your phone its common sense to turn off the phone. I was so angry at her for being a twit that I left. The next I returned and the little girl said i was told by my boss i could of shut the phone off. She then handed me a cheap 78 or 79.00 phone. When i got home i went to write about the phone to Cricket personnel but the computer kept telling me all the information was wrong. Long story shirt this employee put the stores zip code in instead of mine. I went in the next day told her i would like to buy a more expensive phone she said sure i can give you a deal. For 200.00 you can go up to the next level. I said well i spent about about 125.00 for phone then 80.00 for other phone she said no the first phone was only 75.00. (If it was 75.00 and she gave me a cheap phone, none of that made sense. My son called me on the phone and left a message. Cricket erased the message it said after certain amount of time messages will be taken off. Then when i talked to Cricket they said we didnt remove it. My son was in Military and died had to go out to Ca to funeral. I asked Cricket to put my sons last words to me and the lady said sorry your son was killed but we cant put message back. I am so disappointed with Cricket. If you all have messages from loved ones who were killed better have them go to another company so you dont miss their last words. Cricket is good for price but not really for their phones. I found an excellent Cricket in Waco, TX The young lady was Super. Go there they are a 5 star store (Boy say that real fast 3 times) Anyway, thats my story. I dont know how long the young lady worked at the store where i had to use insurance get another phone. She was young and i realuze we all make mistakes. If she wasnt trained then its not her fault. I am hoping she has done better with the job. I wish her the best.

I spent hours online and on the phone with T-Mobile and the Apple Corporation. I was directed to this store after the 6th technical support person I spoke with at T-Mobile on the phone. I was first directed to a T-Mobile store in Belton, but that experience was more than lacking. As soon as I walked in, I met Kamea. She is the store manager and was awesome. She was attentive to what had occurred on my quest to get a new iPhone and was so helpful in the setup. I even watched her assist her crew in their professional development as T-Mobile associates.
