After…read moretaking my car up there three different times to get a back up camera and Bluetooth Apple radio added paying over 1,000 I get a radio under my dash they disconnected all of my features included my volume on the dash and steering wheel. Oh and the "Bluetooth" radio is a cord out of my glove box. I just spent the last 20 minutes crying because this isn't what I paid for and feel totally swindled out of my money. They were not very upfront with what I was getting and pure laziness for not wanting to change the dash with the controls.
