Recently bought a Kubota 3902 from Ewald Kubota in Taylor. Bought my first Kubota a 2501 from…read morethem 4 years ago but outgrew it. Was going to buy a 3901 to replace it but got a really good deal on a late model New Holland Boomer 41 from another local dealership. That was a BIG MISTAKE. Expensive issues with tractor and huge costs. Service quality ?????? Hard to operate for an older guy with all of the shifting required. Recently went back to Ewald Kubota in Taylor. Troy Wade made me a good deal on a trade in for a new Kubota 3902. Troy is GREAT TO DEAL WITH. A straight shooter and super helpful. My past experience with this dealership has always been very positive. LOVE the tractor. Recently spend 8 hours on it one day repairing my tank overflow. HST shuttle shift is a breeze to use and easy on your body. Could not have tolerated 3 hours of such work on the new Holland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EWALD KUBOTA as well as TROY WADE and the staff in Taylor.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR KUBOTA SERVICE!!! Here are the items we requested: 1) check the tires 2) check the blades (sharpen if needed) 3) does it need to be tuned up? (Check usage hours) Costs are as follows: 1) $83.64 to LOOK AT THE FRONT TIRES 2) $67.00 to check the blades 3) $269.6 check the hours to find out if it's time for a tune up Sales is awesome. Service Department is terrible. Find the small engine mechanic who loves what they do to service your equipment after you purchase it. This place rips you off.
