In searching for other dealers with the same trailer to get valuation for the lender, I asked if they would price match. Yes.... that is until I gave them the price. Then they declined! So much for that "we'll beat any price" BS. I think it really just depends on what you are looking for. Definitely worth shopping here if you are looking for a cargo trailer. They have my vote.

We also discussed the overhaul project I'm undertaking and he was super helpful, offering to walk the trailer and order anything needed, as well as answer questions. He gave the wheel and tire info to the guy at the counter. The counter guy took my name and number, "Should be here in about a week." Stopped by after hearing nothing and the same counter guy knew nothing about the order or the discussion. I left with "thank you" and received the standard "no problem". Never wonder why people shop online or with out of state dealers for parts and such.

Well I've had 3 issues and they didn't want to honor the warranty. The first was the sliding door for the bedroom. , screws were too short for the weight of the door. So the way they fixed it was to add a bunch more (to short screws. The door and track fell off once again the next time we went camping. Took it back and they refused to fix it. Then the refrigerator stopped working. Took it in, and they charged 250.00. They said it was the fan it froze, it wasn't covered. So if the warranty is supposed to cover everything why not the fan in the refrigerator. The warranty was rather expensive and Crestview will not honor it. I am a 70 yr old woman who uses the trailer twice a year for 3 wks each time. I'm not hard on it. It's my home when I visit Texas. I'm from California and always thought Texans were the best honorable people. I still do except for the people who work for Crestview. I strongly suggest to stay away from all the Crestview RV. They are not honorable or trustworthy

I called RideNow -Georgetown, knowing they are not a Triumph dealership, and gave them the make/model of the same 2 tires I wanted. They quoted me half of what the other dealership asked for. I mentioned that and was told, if you buy tires from them they don't hit you with the labor costs! It pays to shop around! On a side note, walking around inside while the bike was being serviced, I meant Jonathon and a few more of their staff. Very friendly. They also had good deals on Shoei Neotec 3 helmets,. I almost pulled the trigger on a new one but the ones on sale were not my size.

My 2018 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 caught on fire while turned off. I had just driven it 100 yards to…read moremy house. Polaris HQ asked me to have it towed to this location to be inspected by a corporate dolt to determine cause of fire. After months of either getting the run around or complete silence they simply said something like, "We don't know how the fire started. Our official cause is listed as Act of God. Get lost now." Robert in the service dept. was informative and cool about the whole thing. He's the only bright spot I found at this location. A few weeks later I arrived to look at new UTVs. I looked at a basic 4 seater, Can Am Defender MAX that had a sticker of 15k and then the exact same one with a windshield and roof that was listed as 17,3k. It was more because of the roof and windshield per the salesperson. One of the young kids who makes up their sales team started the paper work on the 17k Can Am and then handed it off to one of the senior members of the team. He finally brings out the paper work and the price is now 25k. There is an entire row of hidden fees including a $2500 addition for the windshield and roof. So I ask why I'm being charged for the roof and windsheild again. The guy says he will take it off. I can see they are being dishonest from the get go. This is called "drip pricing" and is a deceptive sales tactic where a company advertises an artificially low "headline" price and incrementally reveals mandatory fees or surcharges later during the checkout process. It is illegal in many states, but not in TX. Not yet. RideNow Georgetown practices this sort of "bait & switch" sales process and feels shady and deceptive in every regard. Do yourself a favor and find another place to do business with.

No need to store, clean, maintain or carry insurance not to mention the cost. We will just lease it from these guys. Thanks so much for making a long road trip very pleasant. It might be good to note that we spent about a week trying to book with two other companies, who would just not respond. Their websites said they would reply within 24 hours. The only response we ever got from one is they charged our credit card $3500.00 without confirming the reservation. Oh, and by the way, we were leaving on Thursday and Tuesday is when we finally reached out to American Dream Vacation. We put in an online request and within 30 minutes we had received a text letting us know the RV we were inquiring about was already taken. But sent us two other options within that next text. Two of the windows on the RV literally fell onto the roadway which we were traveling. They tried to blame us for the windows falling out!!! WTF Below is the full list of issues we had with the RV: - When we left Austin the glass window fell out on bedroom window onto the roadway - On our way back to Austin, we lost a second window on the dining slide out onto the roadway - Air conditioner not working in main room, E4 error code - 24/7 support not available, voicemail box full. - Roadside assistance said they couldn't help us with any of the problems - 7' broken wood board on slideout, fell and almost hit daughter in the head - The gauge on the freshwater tank doesn't work so can't tell if there's any water or not. Only discovered on the 3rd day the tank was full of water - Water fill hose leaking at connection, spraying water all over. We couldn't use the camp site water because of issue. - Hot water doesn't work on kitchen faucet - Back up camera not working - Various windows/mechanisms broken and taped on outside with shipping tape - Broken screen door handle - No key for outside storage locks - Leg on Queen bed is loose/broken - Door on bedroom doesn't stay closed or latch - Window shade in bedroom is broken - Right rear view mirror very loose - Kitchen drawers won't stay set - Slide out panel controls are reverse - Check engine light was on the whole trip. I called immediately after picking up the RV and was told it had to do with the catalytic converter
