Came to pick up a part that was ordered and paid for online. They called me to let me know that the part was ready for pick up so after driving 3 hours, I thought it would be ready and cleared. The girl at the pickup counter said she couldn't do or find anything in her system and complained the whole time even after I gave her the transaction number. Well this is just bad customer service for a business that doesn't have anyone waiting to be helped. I gave her my receipt number and she said it didn't show paid for and she didn't have a way of looking it up. This is the only reason I gave them 3 stars only because she really didn't even try to help. She complained the whole time to everyone that she had phone problems. She called in someone else who quickly found it and we waited another 15 minutes before it was brought out. Otherwise I believe you could get any part needed here and would give them another chance despite the lack of service from this one employee. Very nice business. I would stay away from this company. I had a hood shipped to me that was in A1 shape they said, just like new. I needed it because it was the same color as mine and I could just install it and be done. When fed ex dropped off the hood the package looked good with no damaged to be seen. When I opened the box the hood was bent in on the front edge and had deep scratches in top of hood. they will not give me my money back and they do not care anything about my problem. read more

I purchased a rear hatch for a chevy equinox from snyders. I requested all the wiring to be left in the rear hatch. I drove 4.5 hours to pickup the hatch. I got home. I installed the hatch only to find they cut out the most vital part of the wiring hatch. The brain for the hatch was also gone, along with the mount for the brain, and all other mounting components for the brain. They taped up where they cut the wire to make it appear it was all in place.​ read more

Whoever handles their ebay is absolutely insensitive and rude. I attempted to make several offers before they just quit responding and let the offer expire, the offers were reasonable, and I explained why I was offering the price I was offering, they were very cold and couldn't even offer apologies that they weren't able to work with me, nothing, I even messaged before I made an offer in the hopes we could come to some sort of number and then I could make an offer and buy the part I needed, but nope, absolutely rude. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and so frustrated about the lack of empathy from the company or understanding etc, they did make a counter offer that was simply 30 dollars less than asking. Went here looking for a part, stood in the lobby for about 10-15 minutes, there were 7 people working, 3 behind the front counter, 4 behind desks with windows, not one person greeted me or asked what I needed. I walked out, but really needed this part, so I called just to see if they even had it, they did but the price was outrageous! She hung up on me and told me if I did not understand the process of how towers buy cars by now, I wouldn't and not to call back. I could not get a question in edgewise. I called back after I called DMV to ask about this Crush software program that she mentioned, I just wanted to know if my name would no longer be associated with the car after it was sold and never got a straight answer. DMV said there was no problem just to get a receipt and fill out a form. SHE could not even direct someone. I just said that I would verify information and call her back. She was so rude.
