We were never asked if we were interested or needed anything after we came in from outside from a looking at tractors while in the store. We hung out for a good ten minutes in the store. No employee said nothing to us. So, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. We went to WCTractor on I35 to look at Kubota tractors. The sales person also told us that we can also rent a skid steer for a weekend to clear a piece of our land which is not suited for a tractor to clear.

Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. Without a doubt, Cole in Navasota and Robert and Mike in Temple know how to do business right and treat their customers with the utmost respect and integrity. Highly recommend! Cannot say enough good things about them.

I was nervous about the marketability of these mid sized bales, but Phil assured me I could sell them on their convenience alone... and boy was he right! AgroTech absolutely saved my property. I wasn't dealing with…read morea minor nuisance, I had 8 acres of grass burrs, knee high, and that was about all that would grow. They were everywhere. My wife complained, workmen complained, the garbage truck driver complained... I'm certain the dog wasn't happy. They came out and treated with pre-emergent, and I'm honestly shocked at the difference. The burrs are gone. Not "better", gone. We can actually walk outside again, and I'm no longer bringing a house full of little landmines in on my shoes or stuck to my pants. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first, but not anymore. If you've got grass burrs and you want them gone, give AgroTech a call.
