I called the phone number I found and there's a message saying to email them. I replied to the the order confirmation email like It says to do if I have any questions etc and it got sent back saying undeliverable. I found a messaging option on their website under contact us, sent two "emails" so far with zero reply. Apparently I will have to dispute this through my bank to get my money back. Very disappointing! They have a huge online presence and are even in retail stores locally. Wish I'd just bought locally, but there's a larger variety and more options through their online store, at least I'd have a walking stick though!
