We were greeted upon entrance by a pretty tall male workers (I'm 4'11"). Everyone above my height is tall LOL! I'm not positive if it was Michael or Rob. He assessed my feet, gait and pressure just because I was curious. The results were sent to my email. He was very informative on the type of shoes they can recommend and would need to view how I walked. I found this to be the first athletic store to provide a comprehensive assessment for the right shoes. He also advised that they offered baseball hats(VIMHUE) which are specifically made for women as men have a different hairline than women. I tried it on and it fit perfectly and was comfortable with the cutout for a ponytail. I then understood what he meant as my current hat (Carhartt) was a slightly big. Although we hadn't planned on a purchase, I surely felt welcomed and educated upon our exit. Our visit alone was a great experience. =)

I designated my daughter as the person to pick up the backpack. My daughter went to pick up the backpack on 7/14/26, at which time she was informed the backpack had already been picked up on 7/11/26. My daughter called me to inform she was told the backpack has been picked up. I told my daughter I didn't pick the backpack up. My daughter informed the staff member neither she or myself picked up the backpack. The staff member tells my daughter that someone came in and gave the same information as she gave on 7/14/26. The staff member told myself and daughter the backpack was picked up and the transaction was closed. The staff member said she called customer service to report the backpack was picked up by someone other than myself or daughter and an investigation will need to be conducted before I can receive a replacement or refund. I also called customer service and was told I would receive an email with the outcome of the investigation in 3-5 days. As of today (7/24/26) I have not received an email. In addition, the staff member I spoke with on 7/14/26 was rude and kept overtalking me as I was trying to seek clarification as to why the backpack was given to someone without first verifying the person's identity with a drivers license. She told me it was busy on 7/11/26 at the time of pickup. I told her that does not negate verifying the identity of the person prior to giving the person merchandise. The staff member stated twice that the person that picked up the backpack on 7/11/26 gave the same information my daughter gave on 7/14/26. I asked her did she checkout the person on 7/11/26 to know that they both gave the same information. She replied she didn't remember because it was busy. I called customer service for the 3rd time today (7/23/26) and was told there has been no feedback provided from corporate office. I will be filing a police report at this point.

A little pricier than I'm used to for resale stores, but the items are also in better condition than most resale places I visit. I did my first consigning with them this week. They took about 1/4 of my items (to be fair, a lot of mine was out of season) and they will go 50-50 on sale. The rejected items were explained in a non-condescending way. What I like best about this place is that it caters to a diverse crowd with an equal amount of trendy junior items, working women, young women, mature ladies... probably a reflection of their employees' ages and styles which was nicely as diverse. Super friendly, professional staff. This place had previously gone off my list of places to visit when I go on resale sprees because (as a late 30s working mom) I wasn't finding appropriate items. But my last two visit have changed my mind. It's back on my list and quickly working its way up to a favorite!
