It's a somewhat smaller store, but it is crammed full of good stuff. They sell quality merchandise. I have never bought anything there that has later broken or that I have not been able to use. They have everything from push brooms to water hoses and all kinds of nails, screws, bolts and little doo-dads, almost anything you might need. It's fun to browse there, too, although you'll probably end up buying something.

Customer service was awful today. Made a special trip to store to pick up an item at the store. When I got there, the item in question was not on the shelf. I checked with the cashier, and she said the store computer shows they had multiple bags of product. She told me to wait until someone in the back could help me out. After 30-minutes of wasting my time, I finally talk to a supervisor of sorts, who basically just shrugged his shoulders. I said could you go look in the back because the computer said they had the inventory. Instead of at least making an effort and go in the back and look, he just said that the computer is unreliable and left it at that. Atwoods, if your customer-facing website is unreliable, then take it down!!! As a long-time customer of Atwoods, I'm not sure I'll ever go back. Customer service is everything.
