After a year of trying to get my Aventon Sinch repaired at E-bike shops in Mansfield and Farmers…read moreBranch with no luck or hope, only months of broken promises and aggravation, I found E-Bike Central had opened in Temple. A phone conversation with the owner renewed hope my Sinch might live again. Within minutes of bringing my bike in the door it was surrounded by all four employees diagnosing the problem each of the aforementioned e-bike shops couldn't in months of trying. Within 15 minutes the E-Bike Central team had my Sinch running like new! I won't mention how little they would accept for resurrecting my bike, other than to say I had to resort to tipping each employee $20 to keep my self-respect intact. By the way, E-Bike Central's showroom is like AN E-BIKE WONDERLAND, with dozens of cool models I never knew existed despite hours of e-bike shopping all over cyberspace. These guys are not just golden, but actually renewed my confidence that excellent business-people still exist; they're just few and far between. Suffice to say my 200 mile round-trip to E-Bike Central in Temple was well worth it. I can't thank these guys enough for saving my Sinch that two other e-bike shops FAILED MISERABLY to accomplish, despite $150 out of my pocket, and hundreds of miles in multiple round-trips to the D/FW metroplex.

Even though the bike was not purchased at Sun County Cycling, he was told that this business could help him on how to inflate the tires. I was not in agreement for my Husband on taking the bike to this location to help him on how to inflate the tires. I wanted for the bike to be returned where he had purchased it. Well he did it anyway, and it was a big mistake that my Husband did. An associate went outside to assist my Husband with his issues on how to inflate the tires. The associate started pumping air in the tire, and it exploded ruining the tire. My Husband was asked if he could leave the bike there for a couple of days, and heagreed on leaving the bike. He was told that if he agreed on them doing an inspection on the bike. The inspection on the bike will be a $60.00 fee, and my Husband agreed. I don't blame Sun Country Cycling, but I BLAME MY HUSBAND for letting them take advantage of him. The reason I am posting this message is because if you are a local business, and not a corporate business. You should not take advantage of the local people who support your business. They did give him a break on the $60.00, and only charged him $30.00. But that is not the issue, you need not to take advantage of the locals who support your business.

The driver, Danielle was awesome giving us suggestions of drinks at each bar. Aron (super nice and friendly) was our host/guide keeping us entertained and on schedules! Perk: Danielle stayed with the bike keeping an eye on drinks/water when we went into bars. FYI-No actual peddling was needed-. Highly recommended this for fun.

That said my wife and I were in a pinch and I had spent too much time trying to figure out electrical problems on my 10 year old V-twin. School year was ending, we had bought property and had to be out of the rental in mere days. I no longer had any more free time. Andrea called them and they came and picked up my bike. That alone was worth a positive rating. I had peace of mind and didn't think about it for a couple of weeks. When we called though a couple of weeks later no one had yet looked at it. Hmm, I was a little worried, but school would be over soon and I could address myself (I'm teaching as a second career. Second year into it. While I love the work, not being able to do much of anything during business hours was not something I expected). About the time school ended, they called and said everything was cared for. I just picked it up today and am happy with all that occurred in the transaction. Pricey? I don't think so. Competent? Yes. The only reason I'm selecting a 4 star instead of five is the turnaround time. I had no issues with it, but others needing speedier service might. I would do business again and plan to as is needed.
