Even though the bike was not purchased at Sun County Cycling, he was told that this business could help him on how to inflate the tires. I was not in agreement for my Husband on taking the bike to this location to help him on how to inflate the tires. I wanted for the bike to be returned where he had purchased it. Well he did it anyway, and it was a big mistake that my Husband did. An associate went outside to assist my Husband with his issues on how to inflate the tires. The associate started pumping air in the tire, and it exploded ruining the tire. My Husband was asked if he could leave the bike there for a couple of days, and heagreed on leaving the bike. He was told that if he agreed on them doing an inspection on the bike. The inspection on the bike will be a $60.00 fee, and my Husband agreed. I don't blame Sun Country Cycling, but I BLAME MY HUSBAND for letting them take advantage of him. The reason I am posting this message is because if you are a local business, and not a corporate business. You should not take advantage of the local people who support your business. They did give him a break on the $60.00, and only charged him $30.00. But that is not the issue, you need not to take advantage of the locals who support your business.

Originally, I was concerned with pricing, given there isn't much competition with other shops in the area, but everything I've bought there was competitively priced with the market. They don't have huge selection in the Killeen store but have pretty much everything you could need between the two stores (the other is in Temple) and will arrange to have stuff brought over. In addition, the system came with exactly ZERO instructions of any kind. Just an amp, an amp wiring kit (generic), the speakers, a line leveler (garbage), and a bunch of wiring and ends to try and make it work. No manuals or instructions whatsoever. This line leveler that was sold is a crappy way to try and make a 4-speaker system work, but it removes the ability to fade from front to back. Simply suggesting that the proper wiring harness be purchased with it (one made for the amp and a Harley) would have resolved that. And any type of simple (short) instructions would have taken some guess work out of this. I was doing this install on a Saturday, so getting support wasn't an option. When I did hear from him on Sunday, his crappy attitude towards the whole thing tells me everything I need to know about him and his company. I'll never recommend or buy from this company, and I'd strongly recommend nobody else does either. Find another vendor (like Crutchfield or the like), and save yourself a bunch of grief.

First 5 rounds shot were shaved, sending metal fragments out of the side of the revolver. One sliced open the side of my face, blood was running down to my neck. Another round sent fragments into my hand. Went back to academy the next day. They sent it to Taurus for repair. I will never trust this particular firearm or Taurus again. Was shooting Hornady critical defense ammo.

Mechanic brought mule out at 11:50. We were charged $420.00 for labor. The charge is $120.00 an hour. Called to complain and was told 2 mechanics worked on mule so had to pay for both. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone and we will never go back What a rip off.
