The towing vehicle itself immediately stood out -- it was clean, new, and honestly one of the most impressive -looking tow trucks I've ever seen. It gave me confidence right away that I was dealing with professionals who take pride in their equipment. The driver Justin truly made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly patient, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly enjoyable one thanks to our conversation. I must say, I was impressed by how clean the entire facility was. I've been inside a few times now, and each visit has been met with a warm welcome from a very friendly gentleman who works there. Overall, I would highly recommend this gas station if you're in the vicinity; as they also have a fantastic array of snacks and drinks, making it a convenient pit stop for both refueling your vehicle and satisfying any cravings you might have.

Service is 50/50. The people at the kiosk when you first drive in are great but the pre-washers can…read morebe very frustrating. They are the ones who flag you in and are supposed ensure your tire goes in on the track. I've stopped trusting them and checking myself because half the time they are still flagging you forward but they are not even looking at your car much less the tire. I have had to completely stop and wait for them to look because I knew was off even though he was blindly waving me forward. When he finally looked over he directed me to adjust my wheel. They other thing that can be highly frustrating with the pre-washers is most of them barely spray the front and sometimes don't do the back at all...they use to brush the grill so bugs will come off during the wash but I only get this every so often now. And when they do it's barely a brush at all right before the car enters the washers. It's an okay wash, nothing spectacular and I always have to do the grill myself because it's hardly ever clean especially after travel. I have a subscription with them but I'm going to try another company we have here. I tried them right after traveling in another city and it was unbelievably amazing. I did not have to do a thing after and the prices were lower. Go figure. So Today's is okay if you just want a dust off but don't expect anything spectacular.
