I use to go to the Shamrock location in Round Rock but Nick is closing his doors to take care of family. I stopped in, sans bike, and spoke with Rob, the owner, about what I wanted to have done. The bike in question (a 2007 Road King) needed a new front tire, a 40k Service, and, the cruise wasn't working. I also mentioned that I was interested in changing out the stock pipes and adding a Stage 1. Rob, my bike still sight unseen, dropped what he was doing and walked me thru the pros and cons of what I wanted. When I finally brought in the bike for his inspection, he quickly identified a few issues that I wasn't aware of. A cracked exhaust at the "Y" connection and a small transmission leak on a weepy o ring. Rob gave me a quote and delivered the repaired bike a day earlier than promised. I highly recommend Rob to repair any bike or ATV out there. Another Yelper made a comment about his gun on his hip and seemed to be threatened by that. Well, this IS Texas, and Rob is a retired Marine (I believe combat proven too - but, he is rather modest and didn't talk too much about his Service). One of the first things I do when I move to a new town is look for a solid motorcycle mechanic. I really lucked out when I found Rob. He is a stand-up guy, a Veteran and an experienced and talented mechanic. Rob is a Harley guy, but he can work on pretty much everything. I have five bikes and he's worked on my 1995 Yamaha Virago XV1100 and my 2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan. Rob is straight forward and has treated me with kindness and respect. As a female rider, those are essential qualities I look for with anyone I do business with. He really cares about providing quality service and it shows in his work ethic. Thanks Rob! read more

It is hard to find a good repairman in Temple area, but I appreciate this one. Also got my inspection done as well.

Stopped in on a Friday late in the afternoon, Rob seemed preoccupied with something. He didn't really seem to want to assist me. Finally he asked what I wanted and I let him know I needed to get 20k mile service done on my bike. We agreed that Wednesday would be good. After arriving Rob was great!! Very receptive and took great care to make sure he explained what all he was going to do to my bike. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else!!! A+++ read more

Always receptive and delivers when promised. Usually gets me in and out in a day. Never had any issues with Rob. I highly recommend him!

My husband took his bike to this place and it stayed there for WEEKS after getting it back it was not fixed. We rode one time and had to get someone to pick us up along with the broken down bike. He said " bring it back and I will check it our and fix it free of charge ". Picked bike up being told it was fixed and working fine, rode it home, parked it rode it once again and the started to get hot again, problem wasn't fixed. He told my husband the fan was working, well the fan doesn't work at all so he has to replace that himself. Well aside from these issues with him, we had a very nice chrome plate that came up missing while at his shop ours was 45.00. When it was brought to his attention he said "oh yeah I remember something like that, if I can't find it around I will replace it because I let a family member get scrap so he might have picked it up" well it was found and he ordered a 15.00 plastic one to go on it, needless to say we are two very unhappy customers and will NOT go back because no one deserves to be lied to like that. read more

After one pleasant experience jumped the gun and told all my friends this was the place to go for motorcycle services. Then one day I saw the owner of KMA at my place of work and wanted to ask him when I could bring in my bike he blew me off like I was a pest for even bothering him. He told me if I needed anything to go by his shop. So that Saturday I did stop by his shop and he was even ruder. He told me he wasn't open on Saturday even though he was there with the door open. So I tried again another day during the week. He had a couple customers in his office so after waiting a few minutes and being ignored completely I decided to try again another day. This time I called and explained what I needed over the phone and set an appointment. When I arrived at my appointment time he told me that I had been an @sshole the last time he saw me and wouldn't do any work on my bike. He was very threatening and angry toward me making sure I saw the gun on his hip. People like this shouldn't be in the service industry. read more
