From the very first phone call, I knew this was where I was going. This is even with the fact I had multiple options. I was not rushed off the phone and all of my questions were answered as I had hoped. Later that day I went to the store and was hreeted in person as well, if not better than when I was on the phone with them. I decided to go with the Line-X premier coating as I like the wet look. I also purchased and had them install a tri-fold hard top bed cover. On the day of my installation appointment I showed up and everything went smoothly, including the work on my Gladiator being finished when they told me it would be. Everything was perfect and I could not be happier. When I picked up my Gladiator they thanked me for trusting them with my vehicle and made sure I understood they appreciated my business. I Live in Austin and I was visiting family in Killeen so I decided to get my car Windows…read moretinted.It's cheaper to do in Killeen Than Austin.I called a few places and Honestly decided to go with Deepstage because they were the least expensive place.I called while on my way and He said they could get me first thing in the morning and I explained that wouldn't be possible bc I was only in Town for a couple hrs.He told me to go ahead and bring my car in and that the tint guy (Kevin) could do 2 cars at once.The only bad thing I could say is I waited about 3 hrs But I was just happy they fit me in so waiting really diddnt bother me.The 2 guys at the front were super Awesome! Really good customer service! When it was done Kevin went outside with us and told us the do's and dont's for the next 3 days to not mess up the tint.Which I also thought was Awesome! To top it all off when I paid he had explained to me since we looked them up on the web they gave us $20 bucks off an already great price for a promotional special!!! Within minutes my message was answered and I received a quote. Upon getting to the shop, I echo the sentiments of others, they were extremely professional, knowledgable, and affable. The different types of tint were explained to me. The rates were fair with a nationwide warranty. The service was super fast, the after care plan was fully explained and 55 mins later I was back in my SUV driving away. In addition, they automatically gave me the unlocked Yelp discount despite me not remembering about it all. I would whole heartedly recommend their service.
