I was charged a total of $250 for a small 4 door car, something that would be charged to a large SUV. When I asked him to clean the floor carpet in my car he charged me extra. My mats are the weather tech mats which require a spray and scrub down at most. Two days later I noticed my instrument panel was hard to see through, I tried wiping it down to remove what I think is tire cleaner over spray from the dash board but no luck. Due to the heat it basically baked on to the plastic which is now a huge safety hazard. I try to support those who grind to make an honest living but then you get outcomes like this and basically over charge. Initially I didn't mind paying $250 but now I'm regretting it and with a long two day drive to VA coming up, I have to be extra cautious about my speedometer.

My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Booking was easy, communication was professional, and my car looks and smells good. My only suggestion is to make sure you are prepared to point out exactly where your concerned spots are. I trusted that the guys would be able to identify all the messes, so I did not give specific instructions. There were things I did not expect to be left behind. These things include hand/finger prints on interior, a sticky mess left in the back seat by my child (#1 reason for booking), and still some dirty spots left on exterior.
