The people in the office were very kind and welcoming. The detailers were meticulous. I'm truly impressed with the work they performed and for a very competitive price. Something to consider is their card machine does not process any tips. They didn't mention anything or ask for any tips, when they rung up my bill. I got the Early Bird special, $5 off the Premium. Three people, one female and two males, worked on drying, vacuuming, and wiping down my car. I tipped for all three. Walking to my driver's door, I noticed the same caramel-colored bird droppings all along the entire driver's side, from front to back. Moreover, I noticed pinkish spots from the wash soap. I walked 360° around my Kia Soul and saw the same bird-droppings and pink soap spots. I asked a male attendant to come clean these spots off my car. I had to point out all of them. The attendants' attention to detail and their care to do a decent job was sorely lacking.
