This carwash will damage your vehicle and Mister Car Wash will not take responsibility for their machines. I have been a customer with this car wash for 6 years, even prior to Mister purchasing the property. The only place I have washed my car since I purchased it. I wash my vehicle roughly once every 2 weeks. Their machine is not safe for use. My car was damaged to the amount of $1500.00 in electrical work due to water intrusion from high pressure water. I alerted the corprate office, was told to submit an incident report at the location. After doing so, radio silence. They do not take responsibility for their machines even though their signage says they are safe for use. read more

This location is trash! The attendant on duty was rude this Saturday, the solutions are always empty (glass and all purpose cleaner), the suction on the vacuums weak and good luck finding a towel! I have a membership , so I stopped by this location. When I came out of the wash cycle I noticed several black marks on my new car. Yikes!!! The manager was called and graciously came out to hear about was happening and help root cause my concern. It was just left over adhesive from the tape from the car transit. The staff here is very professional. They have plenty of vacuum spaces. The vacuums work extremely well. The tire shine is really good. The bug spray could use a little bit more potency. I usually hand wash my car as this car wash will usually leave small scratches and swirls in your paint. I came here a little after they opened on Tuesday, July 19th. I paid $20 for the Platinum seal option for the extended shine and protection but ended up getting a long hairline scratch the full length of my hood instead. Decent car wash and got through quickly. I know DFW has a lot more competition, but I'm used to $3-$5 for a similar wash service that include some effort to remove bugs. Here, I paid $8 and would have to pay more for bug removal. There were less expensive options to be fair. The free vacuums were well-maintained & powerful and had shade. Seemed like they had lots of people working with very little activity. This is probably the best one in town. Just don't expect a cheap wash. read more

What was strange was the 2 workers standing with tablets right near the screen to pay for the car wash. I approached the line and awkwardly rolled down the window, to be polite, and asked if I were to pay for a car wash with them. They both looked at each other strangely, as if they were standing out there to greet another party to their VIP car wash lane. They then said sure, asked what I wanted and after an extra awkward minute passed they quickly showed me a menu. I chose the wash I wanted and they suddenly said "and do you want to add a tip?" 3/19 - stoped in for a wash - paid for the pre-wash bug removal spray before entering the wash. Wife was driving - quickly tells the guy. He asks for the receipt, no problem. Turns around, grabs the spray hose and before my wife has the window closed, starts spraying the shit right at her. Unbelievable! Fuck is wrong with you dude?!? Manager I assume is standing right there - hears my wife say "oh my gosh"! and tells her - "sorry about that". If you're looking for a terrible car wash this is the place to go. Tried it twice on different occasions trying not to judge the Carwash after my first wash but this second wash confirmed this is just a terrible place to get a Carwash. Tire shine only gets about half your tire. Back end of the car almost looks like it wasn't even touched and the drier at the end of the tunnel isn't strong enough to get all the water off leaving water streaks all over your car. DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH BARN. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT RUIN YOUR VEHICLE! ----- Having a very important business meeting I took my brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 to the Car Wash Barn. My truck being 7 weeks old is in perfect condition as no one is allowed in my truck if they are dirty nobody is allowed to consume food or beverages of any kind in my truck. Get the picture, I am anal about my truck. I spend $32 to have it completely detailed, knowing the only dirt is from my shedding pit-bull that I took to the vet the day before. After 35 minutes, I am told my truck is ready and they ask me to inspect my truck. The first thing I notice after opening my driver side door is the chrome inlay next to the door handle is destroyed. It has a white gunk on it and it will not wipe off. The employee asks me "Did you have a sticker here?" and I responded with a resounding NO! I look up as my daughter opened the passenger door and then noticed the same mark is on my passenger door. I immediately open my rear driver side door as my truck is a crew cab to see that three of the four chrome inlays have been destroyed. After spraying a couple of their chemicals on the door in front of me, the detailer states he is going to grab a manager. The manager then repeats the process and says we must complete an incident report. Being a respectable person I gave them the opportunity to correct their major destruction of my vehicle. The manager informed me someone would contact me within 72 hours after reviewing the video tape After five calls to their office, I finally received a return phone call on DAY 6 after completing the incident report. The manager informs me they reviewed the video and no unauthorized chemicals were used on my truck and he personally tested the chemicals that were used on my truck and they did not cause the damage. I then stated, "Doesn't the video tape show the truck upon arrival to the detail section. When the door is opened it will be obvious the marks were not there and upon return of my vehicle the damage to the chrome is then present. This makes it quite obvious you damaged my truck." He informed me none of the actual work is on video, only the carts where the employees grab the chemicals to be used on the truck. Then asked, do you think I could possibly destroy the chrome on three of my four doors on a truck I purchased 7 weeks ago? His classic and never to be forgotten response, "Well, if we damaged your truck, we would have damaged all four doors." I said "Is it out of the realm of possibility that a rag with corrosive chemicals was accidentally placed in the clean rags, and in turn the damage was done? Maybe the corrosive chemical was reduced from door to door and that is why the fourth door was undamaged?" He proceeded to inform me that I am just trying to fix damage I created and that I need to take a deep breath. Adding insult to injury, upon returning home from the car wash on the day it happened, I noticed bird crap on my windows, dust on my dash and fingerprints all over my touch-screen. In the backseat there was dog hair and dirt. So I spent $32 to have my doors destroyed, my truck remained dirty and I had both my integrity and my honor insulted. Can you tell I am pissed, livid and will do everything I can to insure this business never receives another customer ever? Curtis, The marks were not on the vehicle when I handed my keys to your team of workers. Whether the vehicles have a manufacturer defect or not. Now if you can provide me the Chevy person you spoke with I will happily contact them and remove this review. Should this be a manufacturer defect on Chevy, I will amend my review. When I visited the dealership they informed me they had never seen anything like it. I am still upset by the manager's rudeness and the fact that the timeline provided to me for resolution was not met. A simple call to say "we are still working on this and will follow up shows care and consideration to the customer! Lastly, if you cared about my experience and wanted more than just a removal of this poor review, you could easily call me since you know who I am. Don't waste your money on full service! They did terrible. I had to ask them to wipe down the dashboard when I got my car and saw that they didn't even touch it or the console or the cup holders. I will have to vacuum my driver side bc there are still rocks and grass everywhere. Also my windshield was a smudgy joke. So I took my mom's minivan in for the "Interior Super Clean". Overall, I'm satisfied with their service, but I'm not sure if I will be back. As I pulled up to the machine to make my selection, I was confused about the interior detailing options, but since it was just a machine, I couldn't really ask any questions. My vehicle hasn't been cleaned in a million years (especially the interior), so my dash, seats, and carpets needed some work. I saw that "Interior super clean" included "extensive vacuuming" so I chose that. Note that it does include their highest level automatic exterior wash as well. When they finished, I was pleased that my exterior was very clean and my interior was free of dirt/grass/junk. They did a good job and delivered on their described tasks. However, what I found was that "Interior Super Clean" actually does not include any cleaning of the seats, so my non-leather seats still had junk on them (that could have been vacuumed away). And when it comes to carpets, note that it only includes vacuuming, and does not include any shampooing, spot cleanings, or extractions. So my carpet stains are still there. What I learned from this is that they split the idea of interior detailing into several components (vacuuming, seat cleaning, and carpet cleaning) and charge separately for them. So while they strictly did everything they promised, I ultimately did not really get the cleaning that I needed. So my advice to you is to read the details of the detailing packages carefully. read more

I came through yesterday evening to get car wash as my vehicle was quite dirty and had an accumulation of bugs across my windshield. I paid $18 for "EX Platinum Package" and obviously didn't get the complete package. From my experience, there is typically an individual who has a brush to scrub difficult spots before entering the drive-thru washing system; in this case there was not. Coming out of the car wash I knew the windshield still had some accumulation on it, but it was late and thought I would just simply come back tomorrow afternoon. Additionally, there is a surplus of big accumulation on my mirrors and front grill area which still remains. Thus, here I am only to be advised despite my receipt in hand, it's been more than 30mins since leaving and my claim could not be validated. As if I just drove around in less than 24 hrs to gather bugs up to come back and scam this place out of completing a job that was never finished. The money to wash my car again is not and issue at all. I had ominous feelings about this place prior to service and those thoughts were justified through this unfavorable level of service. However, if want the dust washed off your car this is C- place to get the job done. Going to find hand car wash and do it myself. read more

This place is alright for a $3 run thru, but not if you really want a car wash. Their car wash doesn't get the back of suv's, always leaves a dirty stripe down the middle back. So I paid for the detailing and asked that they specifically cover that. When I came back to my car it hadn't been touched. Still dirty. Interior was still dirty, aside from the vacuum. Didn't want anything spectacular, but a good wipe down to get the dust would have been part of my paid for package. But nothing seemed to have been wiped. Also their car wash machine loses track of customers, so you might not be getting the wash you paid for. I didn't. Though the worker did give me another wash to go back thru the line. They should put a screen up so you can see, upon entry, what the machine thinks your supposed to get so you can correct it then rather than guess and fix it later. Normally I love this place I have the monthly payment wash plan but today they open at 0730 and and they are not open and have no sign or any information posted stating the reason for them still being closed past opening time the line is already long and people are already leaving also when calling the number for the car wash nobody answers when you're on a tight schedule and used to it being open on time this can be frustrating so my review is for only this time normally my experience at this car wash is good and if they had a posted a reason why they were delayed or if they were not going to be open today over the sign that says they are open from 0730-2000 It would not have been a problem. read more

Drove to this car wash from the other side of town, because of the vacuums. Have had decent wash jobs in the past, but today wasn't one of them. It didn't even wash the bird poop off of hood. The tire shine did only one side of car. When I called to report it the guy said they knew about it but said nothing about correcting the wash job or that he was sorry about the poor wash. Mister Car Wash 314 at 5284 W Adams Ave needs to add a person or redraw their business plan. I make my way from Georgia to here twice a year. I use an automated car was back home at least three times a week. Bought one of those passes. So when I get here I of course decide to wash my car, cause I have bugs all over it from the trip. So I pull up to mister car wash after looking for a self car wash this time cause the last time I washed here it did not get the bugs off all the way. So I talk to the attendant that asks me which car wash I would like. I tell him I want the one that will get off all the bugs he states they all do. So I pick the most expensive one and hope for the best. Well that was a waste of money. None of the bugs came off!!!! The ones on the window, hood and grill were all still there!!!! I show the attendant and he comes up and starts scratching the bugs away with his nail!!! WTF! He says nothing is going to get them off. I know for a fact my automated car wash in Georgia will get it clean! They actually use elbow grease after they spray the bug prep stuff on!! Perhaps if the owner from mister car wash reads this he might hire a guy just for that or maybe he will make the two that are already there actually work!! read more

Took my New 2016 Tacoma through the car wash recently. I had never had any problems before. I noticed the next day after the recent wash there was a dent over the passenger rear tire. I felt a lurch in the vehicle during the cleaning process and thought it was due to the tires in the tracks. Signs everywhere that they will not accept responsibility. This will cost me $780 to $1200. My Insurance has a $1000.00 deductible. They lost a steady customer. From now on only Touch-less car washes for me. read more
