With all the car wash competition in Temple, each business should have workers who behave more professionally. I had some issues with paying and the man who came out was a bit condescending. Then, when I pulled up to go through the wash, he didn't bother to tell me that my car door and fuel door were slightly open. I caught that my door was open before I went through the wash. I spent a lot of time detailing out and in after I got through the wash. Several times I saw this same guy walk past with a smirk on his face and looking at me. I've been treated much better at other car washes and although this one is closer to my home, I'll be happy to drive elsewhere. read more

I was fortunate to have this business just down the road to where I was staying for the 6months. I always got a clean wash but the very last week I was in town, I ended up locking myself out of my truck. The young man and immediately went into action to get someone out to help. I have tried all of the other competitor drive through car washes and I can honestly say that none of them compares to the Aladdin Car Wash experience. I drove my car through and it recognized my license plate and immediately opened the gate (versus adding a sticker to the inside of your windshield). Next, the technicians spray the car down with hand held pressure washers then use a brush to wipe off any stubborn dirt from the hood, bottom of the car panels along the doors and continues to the back side of the vehicle. After going through the carwash bay, I expected to have to run through a second time; but I was surprisingly amazed that it had done a thorough cleaning that ONE time!! This made me soooo happy! When I was standing around in the vacuum area, with a (don't really know what I am doing expression) different employees asked if I needed assistance, and another walked over to explain knowing it was a first time experience for me. I love how they seem to be family oriented and noticed that they also treat their employees kindly. I will always spend my dollars at this car wash versus the larger competitors, because where we spend our money is where we give our power. Brand new car wash in the temple area. I don't recommend. It's only good when the manager is there who is a very nice, older gentleman. But who he leaves in charge says a lot as well. The worker walks around smoking black n milds all the time and my doors stay open while I'm vacuuming and cleaning so I'm left with that smell in my car. They aren't gentle when prewashing your windows. I have dents and dings in my brand new car already. Just stay away if you can. Your best bet is going to todays car wash. read more

I just got the super wash, not a "Detail" so the amount they cleaned inside was better than I expected but not as good as I'm sure a real detail would be. The guy was rude and upset that he had yo detail my car so i should have known he would do a bad job. My windows werent touched and my cup holders in back werent touched either. Went for a car wash. Outrageously expensive for an automatic wash. Had some bird poop on car and wanted to charge an extra 10 dollars to simply power wash it off even though they would have done that to begin with even without the poop. What a rip. Could have gotten the basic wash for a third of the price and gotten the same results. Mats still filthy in the car. The carpet barely vacuumed and I had to ask them to do it again. The windows not nearly as clean as they should be. The interior of that place smells like cigarettes and toilet. You are much better off going somewhere else. Went there to get a full detail job. So I paid for their top tier option which was $40+. I know car detailing is not cheap and it's a lot of work so I wasn't expecting a superb job for $40. With that being said I was very disappointed. Some parts of the car were not vacuumed, asked for the interior to be Armoralled. Instead they just wiped the interior with the same rag they used to dry the exterior!!! Not only that but they missed so many spots. Oh and they left the center console intact. Im obviously never going back. After i went through the car wash. I wasnt disappointed. My tuck had not been washed in a while. There were some spots it missed. So i talk to the boss and ask for a reg. A ripped reg. So i could just wipe it off well it was still wet. Horrible customer service. He would not give me a rag. Visited for the first and last time today. Had to send vehicle back twice for vacuuming and the outside was not done that well either. When you have an SUV there is always a 3rd row of seats which was missed entirely. When it came back the 2nd time the middle row seats had not been moved to vacuum. There was no cleaning of the leather seats at all just vacuumed. Lesson learned. No complimentary was or refunding my money...... Like I said, first and last time. read more

I was new to the area and thought I would have a Spring Wax and Buff job done on my 2019 Lexus. As a successful business woman, I thought Aladdin would do a good job. Wrong! They wash, waxed and buffed my car until all of the finish was taken off the trunk! I took my car to a body shop and they were amazed at the terrible job Aladdin did to my car and told me the damage was irreversible! Worst car wash ever. I paid $20.75 and gave the guy Jose a $6 tip. I get in my truck look at it and see the side panels of the door still dirty along with the dash board. I go back in ask for Jose to come back out and take a look at my truck. He came out looked a little, wiped a little and was done. He kept my $6 knowing I was unhappy and did nothing to fix it. I went on Wednesday, ladies day. Since this is how they treat ladies I am not interested in returning again. They did an amazing job on my very very dirty car. I has my car shampooed all throughout the entire as I had left a milk jug in the back which spoiled and exploded everywhere. I'm from Austin, in temple for the day. Went to have my car "detailed" b/c we went camping last weekend and it was dirty and dusty. They ran it through the automated wash, hastily wiped my dash and vacuumed the mats. There was still dust all over the inside doors, kick boards, etc. I asked an employee for a towel so I could finish cleaning the inside. He quickly went and got me one, but didn't even check to see what was not finished or offer to do it. So, I cleaned the rest of the inside myself. :( read more

Just recently took my car to get the $20.75 package, to clean the bugs off the front & clean the inside. One of the employees told me that he couldn't get the bugs off the front, that "they were embedded in the paint." Really- this is the whole reason people take their cars to the car wash & it hadn't been a long time since the previous wash. Sure enough we take the car home and I was able to put in a little elbow grease & EFFORT and got all the bugs off within 5 minutes. Not worth 20 bucks & their cleaning of the inside doesn't consist of anything but vacuuming. Could have done a better job myself. Skip this place. read more

This was my first and last time to go to this place! We just got back from the beach and needed to get the sand off. Specifically asked the guy if he could wash underneath my jeep to prevent rusting and vacuum all the sand out. He agreed and informed me it would cost an extra $10. The service was slow and the job very marginal. The interior was not vacuumed properly. The doors were not wiped down, the consul was not cleaned. The price was changed and was not as advertised. Armour-all charge was added on after the fact. When you have to ask for the car to be cleaned three different times it is just as time efficient and cost effective to do it yourself.
