The price for their work wasn't bad at all, but it did take them almost all day to clean my cars interior. While I can understand it was a detailing job and will take a bit more time to get through all of the cars interior, and my car was a mess due to my babies throwing stuff around, there was still a few spots I noticed that didn't get cleaned. It's nothing to throw a big rage about but it is confusing/upsetting as to why they didn't get some of these areas considering how great everything else came out and the amount of time it took them to clean it as well. I don't think those mistakes are an overall reflection of the quality of their work and would still recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars interior detailed, and can also say I do plan on using their services again in the future for an exterior detailing job.

I got my car back 9 weeks later. Two weeks after they fried my car, I found out my car was at Kwik Kar in Dripping Springs. RR didn't tell me that. I got a call from a manager in Dripping Springs who said he needed to replace another part. So the DS Kwik Kar kept replacing parts but still couldn't fix the car, and then suddenly that manager didn't work there anymore. The new manager took my car to a totally different shop in Dripping Springs. They didn't tell me about that either. I only knew where my car was because I had an air tag in it. The other company (not Kwik Kar) finally fixed my car, and the manager at RR Kwik Kar drove it back to RR. Oh, and he used the toll road but didn't compensate me for the toll (or even tell me he did it). And now, Kwik Kar RR and DS say they don't have any documentation of the work that was done in their shops. That includes a battery, a computer, a throttle sensor, an AC compressor sensor, and fuses--those are the parts I know of that Kwik Kar replaced but can't provide documentation of . What are they trying to hide? The managers at these two Kwik Kar locations are incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring a-holes. They don't know how to change a battery. They don't know how to communicate while they attempt to fix their mistakes. They don't know how to take responsibility. Nobody owned up to making a mistake. Nobody apologized for screwing up my car or messing up my life for two months. And they act like it's not their problem when you still need them to follow up. Keep your car far away from here.

They thoroughly inspected the vehicle at the onset and knew exactly what was needed. I even called them after they started work and asked if they could repair the windshield wiper pump that I had forgotten about. The recent cold has been shocking the spread of this crack, and with vehicles getting smarter and smarter these days, meaning a simple new windshield, requires camera recalibration to the glass being installed and what not. I called the Subaru dealership in Austin, since I wanted OEM parts, but since I was also going thru insurance with Geico, they said they wouldn't approve dealership prices with market rate payments associated to fixes of windshield repair. I found Pro Glass from local word of mouth, and they were so friendly, quick to get the invoice and claim thru to walk me thru the process of working with insurance and get me in the books with me explaining I wanted OEM glass installed since I imagine having the added extended warranty means I need to keep all the original pieces of my subaru if the eyesight or cameras start to fail later on. Amy and team were not only friendly, the quoted 2 hour wait since camera recalibration is included in the windshield repair, went by fast. I had access to WiFi to work out of their cozy waiting lobby area, paid my deductible and I was in and out before you knew it!
