i absolutely love coming to go car wash! the staff are always super helpful and respectful! but most importantly, I always definitely go when James is working! i absolutely love and appreciate him! he's a very nice man and I always look forward to our 2-3 minute conversation when he's there! he definitely loves his job and it shows! he's always taken great care of me anytime i go! 10/10 for all around services but 11/10 just for james and his experience that he brings when I come! read more

On Sunday my husband I went for a car wash. The brushes broke off a section on the back of his suv.The employee took pictures and found the pieces in the machine and we were told the manager would be in contact. We were sent a generic email saying because of the year of the vehicle they weren't going to replace the damage My husband takes pride in his vehicle and it's always been very maintained. He even told me what the best deal would be even though it wasn't the most expensive, tells me he genuinely cares about his job and people. read more

The young lady running the car wash this morning at 9a went above and beyond! I had mud all under my car after the rain. I have to park my Honda Accord in the mud for work. She took her time and power washed all the mud off my wheels. I didn't ask for it or pay extra. That's what I call customer service people! The outside of my car looks spotless. Very disappointed! Initially took my brand new car to get washed and had no issues, they had a promotion for 3 months at 9.99 a moth and i subscribed. Today we took my daughters car to get washed, i went for the cheapest wash thinking it would be enough to clean it nicely. After going through and vacuuming it out my daughter commented it still looked dirty in the front. So i told her don't worry im sure they will let us go through again or all pay the little extra to have them clean the front.. After driving up and talking to the manager he refused to let us go through again, even with me willing to pay the extra to add on what i already paid for the car wash.. Sooo disappointed they could not accommodate situations like this! Wont be back and I will let my friends know the same, all spend my time and money at the old faithful Barnyard car wash, they never let me down. read more

Went to have my car washed after a long trip. Have had a membership for several years. Was unable to go thru and was told to look on my phone to see when my last payment was, several times rather rudely. My cards are not attached to my phone so I refused. Would not help me leave-would not move the cones to allow me to go thru the vacuum lot. Just stood there watching to make sure I left. After leaving I contacted the company about the situation. I was told that my account had expired, but they were unable to willing to even discuss their customer service. All they would say is if I wanted to reinstate my membership I needed to go there, despite my saying I would NOT reinstate my membership. There are way too many car washes to be treating customers this way. read more

First time coming to the wash and was immediately welcomed! I was looking at the different wash packages and felt a bit overwhelmed but one of the employees standing by the machine and she was kind enough to go through each one. So I chose the premium and was sent through. They also gave me a complimentary car freshener! I was guided into the tunnel by another young lady with a warm smile and she made sure that I was set to enjoy the experience. She scrubed my truck and even got the mud from under using a prep gun, talk about detailed. Once I was done I drove into the lot and there was music playing and wash cloths! As I went to grab some the same young lady that directed me into the tunnel was dumping out trash and bringing more towels and complimented on how clean my truck turned out. I honestly enjoyed my experience and I go whenever I get the chance to. Highly recommend!!!! read more
