Enjoyed they had more fans at the end of the wash to dry your car. I also didn't like theirs a "10 minute limit" on the vacuums. Bruh what? I'll spend an hour detailing my car. Gtfo. If yall have been to Dutch bros. Think of this car wash like the Dutch bros of car washes. They were fake nice. 5 different associates approached me trying to sell the membership. Literally had to explain I've already been approached and just want to clean my car. I get getting the word out. But I go off the quality of the wash (which wasn't great). If it's worth it. You don't even need to sell me. I'll sign up. But definitely pushy. Long story short I'd recommend Tommy's car wash over this any day. I'd say this place is a 4/10

I had an absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional experience with this business…read more I am an active-duty service member and scheduled an appointment to have the interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed in Killeen. I also paid the required $30 upfront. The first issue was the location. The address posted for the business is 315 E Avenue G, Killeen, TX, which was not the location I was ultimately given. I was instead directed to 3010 S Fort Hood Street. Because of the confusion with the address and the location itself, I explained when I arrived that I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended and asked if I could remain there while it was being detailed. The manager working at the time told me that was fine. They eventually began detailing my vehicle. Approximately 10 minutes later, a man who identified himself as the "co-owner," Dominic, approached me and asked, "Is this your car?" I told him yes. He then responded, "Get it the f*** out of here." I did not argue or escalate the situation. I simply said "cool," asked for his name, got into my vehicle, and left. Regardless of the circumstances, I find it completely unacceptable for a co-owner of a business to speak to a paying customer that way, especially after I had scheduled an appointment, paid the required fee, communicated my concerns respectfully, and received permission from the manager to stay with my vehicle. The conflicting addresses, lack of professionalism, and the way I was spoken to made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business based on the treatment I received.

1,000% RECOMMEND MIDTOWN AUTO DETAILING!…read more Morris is one of the most honest, hardworking, and dedicated business owners I've ever dealt with. My truck was badly vandalized in Chicago, and another shop in Copperas Cove told me there was nothing they could do and estimated over $9,000 to repair and repaint the damage. I took it to Morris and asked if he could just make it 50% better. He said, "No problem." Two days later, I couldn't believe my eyes--the truck looked almost brand new! This man knows his business and works miracles. His pricing is honest and upfront, and no job is too big. Morris saved me thousands of dollars, along with a lot of time, stress, and aggravation. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Morris! You're a 10/10 in my book. If you need detailing or restoration work, DON'T HESITATE--go see Morris!
