It's ridiculous, if they can't do it then don't offer it, simple as that, I'm sure at some point they were good as far as auto stuff and when I first came to them, they were, they answered the phone, someone would actually be working there but now I don't know what happened, maybe they went out of business or moved locations but if they did, there's no telling.

I reported it, but was delayed in going due to COVID 19. May 18th I drove to Killeen, about 20 miles from Temple, and requested service. The self impressed service rep l istened to the radio and declared that nothing was wrong and that airbag recalls did not even encroach upon a radio. He did not offer to even have someone look at it, despite the fact that their person recommended I come in. He literally blew me off! I was planning on looking at a new Outback while I waited for them to check out the radio. I drove home and contacted a business to check out the radio, low and behold the radio was disconnected and radios don't disconnect by themselves. I am retired military and I did not appreciate the service at Cleo Bay Subaru. Listening to the customer is not their strong suit. They may have lost a customer as well as a sale of a 2020 Outback.
