I contacted them and they seem very sympathetic at first on the phone, but when I got there, the blame was shifted to (catalytic converter thefts)! i've had this car now for over a year and any kind of dismantling or theft done to it, and I am positive that is NOT the case here. my question is an establishment taking ownership of mistakes. not done intentionally but just a honest mistake! I was definitely disappointed in this, regardless of how long a Business has been established. it is common sense in anything in life that mistakes have and will be made here or there, because we're all not perfect! I have the upmost respect for those who own up to a mistake and take of them care of it, no questions asked! I still highly recommend them for excellent muffler repairs and installing jobs. The pearl white paint was gouged out, and on a bright white car, that's a pretty painful eyesore. I bought the car from Hertz Car Sales in Killeen and they assured me they would fix the damage. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

Now they say they'll replace the compressor, but I have to pay for a full system kit that should have been identified the first time. They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.
