Since then, I've been bringing both my truck and my wife's SUV here ever since. Brant and his team of mechanics are the real deal. Most recently, I needed to replace the catalytic converter on my truck, and the dealership quoted me over $5K just for the parts. I took it straight to Brant, and he gave me a fair, reliable price that wasn't even half of what the dealership wanted for parts alone. As long as I'm living in central Texas, they'll continue to have my business.

During our discussion, it was determined that the oil level had been checked at home on an unlevel surface, which can give the appearance of an overfilled condition. Direct quote from Elizabeth. This is a flat-out lie. Number one, my oil was checked on the level ground inside of my garage. Number two. It was overfilled by a half inch above the top dimple on the dipstick. I don't care what your guy's documented in the system, somebody lied. That is absolutely not acceptable! The fact you thought you had to educate me on what high mileage oil is for is insulting. I know what it's for, that's why I asked for it. Sadly, you just put yourself in the same category as all the other oil change places here in the area. I guess you don't care if you lose customers.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.

When I called about the issue, I was told to bring it in and that it would be taken care of since I needed another oil change anyway. However, when I was contacted with the total, the price was significantly higher than a standard oil change. I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I encourage others to carefully review their invoices and double-check any work performed

"The experts who finally fixed what others couldn't!"…read more I cannot recommend Quality Tire and Service enough. If you're tired of being told "everything is fine" while your car is literally fighting you on the road, go see them first. The Backstory: I previously took my vehicle to another shop twice to fix a severe pull and "wandering" issue. After two attempts and over $200 down the drain, they insisted the alignment was perfect. It wasn't. Driving was a chore, constant battling with the steering wheel just to stay in my lane. The Quality Tire Difference: The Diagnostic: The crew here didn't just slap it on the machine; they actually listened to the symptoms I described. The Fix: They found the issue almost immediately. It turns out the previous shop was off by a long shot. The Result: My vehicle finally drives straight as an arrow. No more wandering, no more pulling, and no more stress. Bottom Line: Don't waste your time or money at shops that just go through the motions. The team at Quality Tire & Service actually knows what they're doing and they get it right the first time.

The extremely nice lady running the office was 100% honest with me and let me know that they were extremely busy and had vehicles parked out in the street that they still needed to check out and it would be right at 2 weeks before they could check my truck out. She was pretty accurate with that timeline. They checked out my truck and got me a quote (their phones were having issues - so she worked with me via Text (which was awesome as I could handle this all the while continuing my work day!)). She provided me both a quote and ETA of the repair which I promptly agreed to. They had my truck wrapped up & ready for pick up just a few business days later. I picked my truck up and the same nice lady gave me a run down of my repairs and their findings as well as instructions that they put dye in my A/C system so if I had issues just give them a shout. I drove the truck home but still had concerns with the A/C. I texted her and she told me to drop the truck back off. Shortly after our exchange I dropped the truck back off - but had another lengthy discussion about what I was experiencing. Chuck's team took another crack at my problem (Basically the A/C had no freon leaks, and would at times take upwards of 30 mins to cool the truck off. It just didn't cool like it used to.) Within just a few short days - I was given my diagnosis - I wasn't crazy!! I received my quote & ETA of the repair just like last time and Chuck's team delivered once again! I definitely got what I paid for. And like many others - I am a satisfied/happy customer. Definitely my new go-to mechanic!
