I was serviced by two technicians who at first I felt were competent enough to work on my vehicle. Upon leaving I found it off that it took less than 5 minutes to complete a checklist and an oil change. They did an oil change but didn't even try to change the filter. Did not put a gasket onto the drain plug although it says it was . Didn't check the air filter, didn't check the any of the fluids that the receipt states is their "checklist", not the coolant, not the transmission, not the washer fluid. The wiper blades weren't checked nor offered. Windshield was not cleaned and tires weren't checked. I don't ask for much but I do ask for things done right the first time. I won't be going back to this location, please avoid this location if you value respect when paying for service. The manager the 2 technicians named was "Charles" or "Charlie".

Selected what services I wanted and then waited for about 1 1/2 hours because it was busy. Carpets and weather mats were all cleaned up and no debris. Windows were spotless. Interior of car was very good (only missed one shoe imprint on back of front passenger seat and it came off with damp cloth). Smelled of cleaner so I did air it out when I got home. Exterior was good. All in all, pleased with the work based on time allocated and cost. Staff friendly and courteous. They didn't press me to buy higher priced service and it was nice to have a space to wait. Everyone was working very hard and got the vehicles moved through without delay. I will be going back.

Never Again ! Car wouldnt run , I floored the accelerator, VSA light on and no movement. Called…read morethese folks they sent a mechanic out who determined I needed new brakes, brake switch, and Calipers. Set another date for him to come out and do the work, he came replaced brake switch, brakes and calipers. Drove it one block and said the work was done and car was running fine. Paid 669.00 . I drove the car it left me stranded with the same VSA light and issue, called them back they sent someone out 2 days later who determined that the first mechanic failed to bleed the brakes. 3 days after that Im getting ready to run errands... SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

With todays' costs on everything rising, its important that car owners have an estimate on car parts that will need replacement in the future for planning and budgeting purposes. Items like exhaust systems, brake pads and rotors, timing belts and chains etc. do and will fail unless replaced prior of failure. Preventive Maintenance. Scotty gave me a good rundown on when I could expect to replace my brakes on my Infinity and gave me a projection of when I will need to replace the exhaust system in my second auto, a Dodge Caravan.
