Additionally, during service, my valve cover was not put back on -- something that should not have been missed. While it was eventually corrected, it adds to the oversight concerns. Because of these issues and lack of thoroughness on the first visit, I'm giving a 3-star rating. I appreciate the corrections made, but better attention to detail and communication would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

After my oil pressure low light came on I had the car towed to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Willow Springs Killeen. The entire team there took an interest in my situation and the shift supervisor located the issue. The grommet on the new oil filter was damaged and was leaking oil when the engine was turned on. Even though they were not the shop that did the original oil change, they took ownership and did a whole new oil change for me and replaced the oil filter. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and really cared that my problem got solved. I would recommend the Valvoline at 1201 Willow Springs Killeen if you want prompt, courteous, and professional service.

I made my choice. They did the oil change and followed through with the company's service checklist which seemed like a safety inspection--which I needed soon. Patrick R. made me aware of a few things that would need to be changed within this year. Also, before I left, he told me of the extra services that all Jiffy Lubes offer to help me as I travel. We got used to the friendliest manager that was here prior. The former manager would always be polite and welcoming. We came back at 10:03. Mr. Ramos sees us and just waves us back from the inside of the work bay. We gestured to him because they let another car in front of us. Mr. Ramos comes and comes talk to us in a rude manner telling us why he just waved us back. We will definitely will be looking for a new oil change/ inspection place. It used to be a 5 star experience; not any longer.
