My 17 yo came in to get new tires for his jeep patriot. They stripped a bolt on the front diver's side. I came in to resolve this , they are insinuating that we were at fault for the installing original tire. I now have to take it to a mechanic shop to replace the bolt. I purchased the vehicle for my son in June. I never had mechanical work done on this vehicle. I do not believe RNR was not responsible for damaging my tire. Im having them fix this and will no longer visit RNR tire again. read more

Kyle is one of those people that makes you feel like you have been knowing him for years.. one of the best people around.. the two brothers that work there are also some of the most genuine people also .. they are spot on one of the best business in Killeen . The only thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is that dam account mgr I understand people have to do their job . but her customer service skills are terrible.. and she is bad at her job !! So let me air out some things concerning my experience so one day I had a leak on ome of my rims and to my surprise they fixed it without charge so I was very appreciative of that and told Kyle I would be back to do business well I did go back and had them to remove good tires on my old rims that had no damage to them only to have chunks of rubber missing from my sidewalls. After paying 2k on new rims. I literally stood in the back outside shop and watched them switch my good tires to new rims, well in the proceed they gouged my good tires and try to say it was already there which it was not. I further stated why would I buy new rims and put bad tires on them. I also questions if that was true. Why didn't the professional who was doing the work not informed me of damage prior to removing tires from old rims? It's because it was nothing wrong with them. I would have never put bad tires on rims I just paid 2k for. So there was a disagreement, and they literally cursed me out using all kind of profane languages. My advice to anyone going to R and R tires which i would not recommend, you need to watch them closely on the services they perform take pictures and do whatever you can to have proof I got proof that they damaged good tires. Yes, my previous rims had curve damage scratches, but there was nothing wrong with tires they were 3 yrs old with only about 12k miles on 30k miles tires. These people are unethical and will not take ownership of damaging my tires. I thought this was a stand-up business, but that all went to the left. When the literally calling me a lie basically. Now I have to spend another 600 dollars on tires and did not have to. In the pics below, you will see indication marks on tires where it shows how the clamp used is where the damage occurred. Worst place ever , sold me wheels a tire an wheel doing fit my truck properly had it all n there 2 times 3 time they said we order center rings that was the problem an was told by tech part would be in the next day next after noon was told it will take up to 12 days I had to go out of time for my job could only drive my truck 45 mph for 4 hour drive call management an they said they will not fix the issue since I took truck out of town an they never order the parts , i talk to other shop in Killeen they all said ent does they to a lot of people , so i did miss a payment since they want stand by there word in turn they run a card they was told not to save an was only for a one time payment well they will be hearing from lawyers. I came here September of 2023 and got 2 new tires. I didn't pay full price up front - instead, I put a down payment of half the price of the tires and decided to pay the other half through a payment plan. This is where I should've really payed attention to what was happening. The original contract was that I pay the remainder half of the balance left by January 31 with a monthly payment of $147.30 - if not paid by January 31, the price of the 2 tires ($428.67) goes up to nearly $800!!! Because I didn't want that to happen, I authorized an automatic payment to be deducted from my debit card to pay the required monthly balance. The guy at the shop informed me that if I pay the minimum monthly balance of $147.39, I should be able to get the tires for the cash price of the tires ($428.67). Since I had enrolled in an automatic payment plan to automatically deduct my monthly payment from my account, I would have thought that they would automatically deduct the full funds of $147.39 EVERY MONTH (I MEAN THAT MAKES LOGICAL SENSE RIGHT?). Well, apparently not. The shop decided to automatically deduct around $120 each month, instead of the full 147.39, which resulted in me now owing $800 instead of the $428.67 for the tires. SHADY. Tell me why you wouldn't deduct my full funds every month and skimp around $15 - SO THAT ILL HAVE TO PAY $800 INSTEAD OF $400?!!??? Now, I'll take some responsibility since I didn't think to check how much funds were being deducted from my debit card each month, but the last thing I expected was for this company to do something so shady. If you're trying to pay for your tires through a payment plan, don't use this tire company. Bunch of thieves - I honestly feel robbed. read more

We personally did not use these people or get tires from them instead my step son who is deployed did we tried to help him by paying his bill until his debt card got fixed i explained to them that he was in South Korea and that i was having limited conversations with him due to his time change and phone service not working that i would call them on Monday that way it gave him a few days to get back to us the proceeded to continue to call numerous times the next few days then decided with out my permission to put my debt card from the last transaction into their system for auto pay tried hitting my card for the payment without my permission then threaten to repo the tires for no reason all payments are caught up the current payment a few days behind so we just paid the tires off now my number is blocked form being able to call them they have yet to email me the payoff and ive been waiting since sat kylie is the only one i would recommend speaking to he is very polite and nice read more

I've had previous bad experience at another tire shop right on fort hood st. They made my experience so much better. I love my new rims my car looks so much better with them now. ******BEWARE****** I originally thought this was a pretty decent place to buy tires. Well guess what it's definitely NOT. The only reason I came here was because my tires were on there last leg, and I had heard an ad on the radio. I mean my tires were balled. It was right before Christmas, and.....I could make payments. Plus they were supposedly a decent brand tires..... i don't know very much about tires! Anyways, I signed up for the payment plan and was offered to pay $50 every two weeks but after speaking with the manager I opted to pay $86 dollars instead every two weeks so that I could get them paid off in 120 days vs the 6 month period....... well then Covid-19 happened.... I think I was late maybe twice! But the really messed up part is they randomly kept and keep charging my account different amounts every freakin' two weeks! Instead of the same amount..... Sometimes it's $46, then $86, then, $88...... I mean WTF!??? What do they do just make up a number??? After this had gone on since December and paying over 900+ dollars for $400 tires I decided to call up there on June 6th. Well, needless to say that didn't go well.... I spoke with a young man named Travis..... he was a total jerk... he immediately argued with me, threatened me, and didn't even listen to what was going on. At one point I asked to speak with the manager and I got hung up on. I attempted to call back 4 different times and all 4 times the "manager" was either on a phone call or in a meeting which felt like total avoidance! My husband eventually was able to speak with the manager in which he utterly lied and said we had only paid $400 towards the tires when I have bank statements proving that I've paid well above and beyond that amount.... Well after this we waited a few days and I called back again to speak with the manager guess what!? He was not available!!!! After they asked who it was....What crooks! This place is a total joke! Bottom line I paid the $419 tires off by the deadline they gave me according to the contract! But they still continue to charge me every two weeks. I honestly think this is bullS$iT they keep charging people. Maybe some people never notice. I would advice you to look else where if you're looking to buy tires. Heck, I had better affordable service at Discount Tires...... I will never be coming here again! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!
