I was serviced by two technicians who at first I felt were competent enough to work on my vehicle. Upon leaving I found it off that it took less than 5 minutes to complete a checklist and an oil change. They did an oil change but didn't even try to change the filter. Did not put a gasket onto the drain plug although it says it was . Didn't check the air filter, didn't check the any of the fluids that the receipt states is their "checklist", not the coolant, not the transmission, not the washer fluid. The wiper blades weren't checked nor offered. Windshield was not cleaned and tires weren't checked. I don't ask for much but I do ask for things done right the first time. SAME ISSUE CAR WONT MOVE LEFT ME STRANDED after driving 2.5 miles. Had it towed to a mechanic shop cause at this point I dont want Nuts or Bolts to touch a fkng thing I own. The mechanics I took the car to determined that when the previous mechanic replaced the break switch he put a screw in stead of a grommet. The grommet is what presses the switch to allow the breaks to come back into position once you take your foot off the breaks. Paid thebnew nechanic who was very transparent and even suggested that they dont understand why they replaced all that and failed to mention that I need new Rotors ! or at the very lease had them resurfaced for 669.00 !!! As I said .. NEVER AGAIN !

With todays' costs on everything rising, its important that car owners have an estimate on car parts that will need replacement in the future for planning and budgeting purposes. Items like exhaust systems, brake pads and rotors, timing belts and chains etc. do and will fail unless replaced prior of failure. Preventive Maintenance. Scotty gave me a good rundown on when I could expect to replace my brakes on my Infinity and gave me a projection of when I will need to replace the exhaust system in my second auto, a Dodge Caravan. This type of personalized care, gives me the peace of mind that I can take trips knowing that my autos are in good condition, all preventive maintainance is up to date and operational systems are being watched by Scotty and his team.
