Noticed a front tire on my 2007 Tundra was looking a bit squishy, so went online to Discount Tire's website to research replacement. Even though it had been about five years, it still had my truck info to draw on, and I was able to quickly pick what I wanted and set up the appointment. Notifications and emails provided good two way commo, and I even got an offer to come in even earlier, if I wanted. The morning of my appointment, I received a phone call confirming, and was asked vehicle/colour info. When I pulled up Joshua was walking across the lot, obviously waiting for me. He checked out my tires and confirmed the work to be done. I had forgotten to ask about checking my spare. When I asked, he looked up under the truck, confirmed it needed attention as well, and picked which current tire mounted would be best to replace the spare, based on condition and age. Went to lunch, got a notification when the truck was ready, all in all, took about an hour. When I went to pick it up, they were notably busier, but I still saw their people walking around the lot giving other customers personal attention and advice. A fast, efficient, friendly business that has always delivered top notch care! Getting auto work done is one of my least favorite things, so I appreciate a business that makes it as painless as possible!

Not only was it paid for and arrived without notice, I checked and was told wheel wasn't in. Checked again another couple weeks out and I was told it had been here the whole time. So I come in for 4 tires and a wheel, lay in full for all, and can't even get a notification they have my spare tire on the new wheel. They close, and I yet to get a contact. Is it done, is it not, do I make a 5th trip out of my way to do their job? Send a text, call the alternate number, do people here care at all that other people are busy and have appointments too? Thanks for messing up yet another day for me discount tire!!! The value I got minus the 5 trios in my diesel dragging a trailer several of the trips means my value was dang near paying triple and still don't have my paid for items.
