I designated my daughter as the person to pick up the backpack. My daughter went to pick up the backpack on 7/14/26, at which time she was informed the backpack had already been picked up on 7/11/26. My daughter called me to inform she was told the backpack has been picked up. I told my daughter I didn't pick the backpack up. My daughter informed the staff member neither she or myself picked up the backpack. The staff member tells my daughter that someone came in and gave the same information as she gave on 7/14/26. The staff member told myself and daughter the backpack was picked up and the transaction was closed. The staff member said she called customer service to report the backpack was picked up by someone other than myself or daughter and an investigation will need to be conducted before I can receive a replacement or refund. I also called customer service and was told I would receive an email with the outcome of the investigation in 3-5 days. As of today (7/24/26) I have not received an email. In addition, the staff member I spoke with on 7/14/26 was rude and kept overtalking me as I was trying to seek clarification as to why the backpack was given to someone without first verifying the person's identity with a drivers license. She told me it was busy on 7/11/26 at the time of pickup. I told her that does not negate verifying the identity of the person prior to giving the person merchandise. The staff member stated twice that the person that picked up the backpack on 7/11/26 gave the same information my daughter gave on 7/14/26. I asked her did she checkout the person on 7/11/26 to know that they both gave the same information. She replied she didn't remember because it was busy. I called customer service for the 3rd time today (7/23/26) and was told there has been no feedback provided from corporate office. I will be filing a police report at this point.

I wanted someone with experience to check out the boat and take us out for the first time so we called Brice at Wakes2u. He sent Dax to meet us at the boat. He arrived a few minutes early and was very familiar with our boat . Dax carefully and patiently Inspected and reviewed all operations of the boat with me both before and after we went out. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and helped every step of the way . I can't say more about Wakes2U. It's also nice to know that if I can't be there but our daughter wants to take friends out , there is an experienced captain to go with them. I very highly recommend.

This lady was referred to me by a friend. She was paid $4500 upfront in May 2023 after…read morecommunicating with her since March 2023. I agreed and paid her $200 for the sample. Once the sample came, I loved it with minor tweaks. She had till August 2023 to complete 25 uniforms. When Tiffany Cole sent them back, they were not like the original sample. She sent them 3 days prior to us competing, therefore we had no choice but to wear them. We were leaving for a competition in Baltimore. The measurements were all off some stripes bigger than the others, the ruffles and key holes were ALL different on each uniform, and she took of the ruffles off the butt of the uniform, putting a white piece of material over it. She began rushing on the costumes and it showed from the ending result. She NEVER told me she was switching them up, nor did I agree to it. She then told me to send them back to her after the competition on August 6, 2023. (She KNEW WE WORE THEM! AND TRIED TO LIE ABOUT IT). I began texting her to ship them back on August 10th she did not respond till the following week. We had another big performance in Indiana "Circle City Classic Parade" September 23 she said she would have them done FOR. SHE did not have them done!!! WE DID NOT GO! We paid a deposit on the bus OF $500 we could not get back and as of today Dec 13, 2023, I still have not received my uniforms. Reason being, it was football season and she had other obligations, after I started my commitment to her BACK in March 2023. She had an obligation to us, and she FAILED!!! She kept pushing the dates back very unprofessionally. I should have NEVER given her the money upfront!!! She got lazy with my product and because she was already paid, she dgaf!!!!!! She would often say she ran out of this material, that material. She called me Monday Dec 11th saying she was finally finished with the product but claimed my address wasn't on the USPS website. The house was built in 1993 BS! I told her to send it through FedEx or UPS. She basically told me NO! She never even tried to take them to the post office for verification. This lady and her company are a joke!!! She's trying to make me pay for the shipping!!!! All because she didn't DO HER JOB from the START! I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TIFFANY COLE AND THE ALL-STAR DANCE AND PERFORMANCE WEAR, LLC . In Alvardo, TX She's a one man show and is struggling trying to keep up.
