Tanner went above and beyond to restore data from my wife's old phone into the new one. Her old phone was damaged and it was not easy.

BEWARE, of these T-Mobile Representatives sharing your personal data such as Driver's License…read moreinformation, phone number, etc. to scammers, gang stalkers, and hustlers within the community. While in-store trying to change my phone#, the representative tried to push certain numbers off on me. Typically these phone#s have constant scam calls and FaceTime scam calls. I wanted a particular area code & zip that I mainly conduct business. Then the representative reads my new number out very loudly in front a room full of men. This was to communicate my personal data to the scammers in the store seeking to get customer data to compromise their phone. The new phone number I received was hacked and the entire had to be reset with all logins & passwords changed within 24 hours from the in-store visit. Do not go into these T-Mobile stores to update your account, change your phone, transfer data, etc. Call 611 for customer support for any general concern or technical support at 1800-692-7753.

However, I was greeted quickly and got the paddles promptly. Note - if you're coming to redeem a T-mobile Tuesday offer in Temple, go to this location. I don't believe the Metro stores have them nor the kiosk that they have in the Sam's Club. I went to the latter since it was the closest not knowing this was the case, but Stephen was helpful in telling me to go to this location.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to purchase a new phone. I was told my data transfer…read morewould only take about 45 minutes. The download took 18 hours. By the time I got to my home state my new phone stopped working. The reason it stopped working was because I was sold a 256g phone but had a 512g phone. All of my data was not able to transfer. Before going to my local store, I didn't realize what was happening, so I was making sure my new phone was able to access all the app with usernames and passwords. I went to my local store because now, I'm not able to send/receive text and calls. I was deleting apps off the old phone because they are now on the new phone. The rep at the store in my home state realize the issue and told me I will be charged a restocking fee of $55 because the phone box has been opened and if I want my phone to work, there is no way around it. So now, I had to upgrade my phone from 256g to 512g, pay taxes again on the 2nd new phone, lost alot of my apps because they wiped the first new phone cleaned and reactivated my old phone. What a mess! Now, I am out of money, a new phone and have to wait 7-10 days for the new phone because they are not in stock. Is it not so hard for the reps to view the gigs on the current phone and ask do I want less gigs or not? I was also told I would have to call customer care and ask them for the restocking fee of $55 back because of the error of the rep. I understand errors are made; however, the cost and time lost falls on me, the customer, with nothing more than an apology. I will NEVER purchase a phone out of state and from a non( PRIME) AT&T store again.

TRADE IN SCAM I did their promotion where they took my old…read morephone and supposedly gave me $1,000 toward a new iPhone, with the catch that I'd be in a 36-month contract. I agreed, thinking the trade-in value would truly cover the cost of the new phone over the term. What they didn't make clear is that if I leave early, I still owe around $700 on the phone, even though they already took my old phone as part of the deal. So AT&T has my old device and still expects me to pay hundreds of dollars if I want to get out of the contract before the 36 months are up. This feels incredibly misleading and unfair. Had I known I'd basically be trapped in a 3-year commitment with a huge bill to escape, I never would have agreed to this promo in the first place. AT&T's promo sounded great on the surface, but the reality is it's a long-term trap. I feel like I lost my old phone and my flexibility as a customer. I will not be doing business with AT&T again after this, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering their trade-in "deals" read the fine print very carefully and think twice.

BEWARE OF TRADE-IN SCAM, BEST BUY GIVES THE FULL TRADE-IN VALUE. CALL FIRST, DONT WAIT…read more I went to this location because my phone is "worth $830 for trade in". The new iPhone 16 Pro Max is $1199. After an hour long wait, they say my phone is in perfect condition, and I will get $800 off! When I ask the monthly price of the new 16 pro max with this trade in value, they quoted $37/month for 36 months. THAT COSTS MORE THAN 1300. WHERE IS THE TRADE IN VALUE? The staff insisted that it would cost $55/month without the trade in. I went across the street to Best Buy, they offered $10 per month or 1 time payment of 370 + Tax. I can't fathom how this brazen scam is still allowed. Best Buy all the way.
