Some alterations done in a pinch and I called probably 25 different places throughout the Austin area and I decided to call around two places in Killeen since per capita there are probably more alteration shops due to the military base. No one wanted to help me out anywhere that I called until I called this place and they allowed me to bring my item in and did exceptional work. They didn't overcharge me for the work, and they were very fast with work. I then came back and brought more items to them to get work done and they worked very fast. I will continue to come back here because this is exactly what good customer service and an excellent alteration shop / dry cleaning shop is about.

Look, I get it. This shop is run by an elderly Korean lady, so there's going to be some things…read morethat are lost in translation. I'm part Korean. My grandmother spoke broken English during the 40 years she was in Texas - so I'm not exactly insensitive to cultural differences. But when those differences leave my friend in tears as she sat in the parking lot of Ms Lees Cleaners because Ms Lee told her to "skip a meal" - that's when I feel compelled to say something. A little about my friend. She is NOT fat by ANY means (and even if she was, it does not give Ms Lee any right to insult anyone's body type)! She works out daily, she lifts weights, she's a certified trainer - let's just get that out of the way. So for Ms Lee to blame my friend's physique and telling her to "suck it in" instead of actually altering the dress and letting it out by half an inch, it was low and incredibly unprofessional. Further, suggesting that my friend "skip a meal" so she can fit into a dress that just needed a simple alteration by a self-proclaimed seamstress is.... I can't even find the right words, because the entire situation is insulting and absurd. Don't take your daughters here, don't bother coming here to have a clothing item taken out - unless, of course, you want to be subjected to body shaming.

They said they could take that rank on and put my stuff on if I just take it. The jacket was too small for me and not even in good condition. I told the store owner that I would like my jacket and they basically told me good luck with that. Cops were called and their is a case number: K1443261. They are not good to do business with. Went there on another time to have stuff sewn on ACU's and the stuff started coming off after about a week. Military beware and stay away!

I recently went back because of the new management sign, and it is more than just a gimmick. The place is spotless. That smell that was there? Gone. The lady who was working there was fantastic- took my information, was friendly, and the price was great. The new system they have of texting you when your order is ready was phenomenal- no more guessing if it is done, driving to the store, only to be told your order is not ready. One text, and you know for a fact it's ready. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for your dry cleaning and alteration needs.
