Called ahead of time to verify they had Home Internet available to pick up same day. Sara answered and verified that they did have the equipment in stock and drove right down. Walked in and Sara was able to verify my info. She helped me submit a request for the $300 promotion for a new home internet plan. She was able to answer all questions I had regarding the costs and speed I should be expecting. All in all, I was probably in & out of the store in about 20 or so minutes. Wouldn't recommend this location. They made a big deal about replacing my screen protector because I had ordered one that wasn't meant for my phone but it still fits my phone perfectly. All I wanted was a replacement for the screen protector I already ordered but the employee was being difficult and said I couldn't do a replacement because I had to return it and purchase the correct one for my phone even though the one I had fit perfectly. So I had to waste time to visit a different T-Mobile location where they replaced the screen protector with no issue. read more

Like I said they're a third party so it made sense why it was so sketchy the minute we walked in. She was over charging on the up front payment by $85 and couldn't even let us know what other locations had the phone available. I have an issue with this t-mobile place. I have problems with my iPhone, some how I couldn't get e-mail from my iPhone, I asked them to help me out and they refused to help me. They told me go to iPhone place in Pasadena or Cerritos for service. I still have contract with them, these two ladies are not very helpful and friendly, they have no customers at that time. So it's made me very angry. So I went to another t-mobile place in Rosemead and the guy very friendly to help me out, it's took only a few minutes to get my iPhone fixed. I walked in with my 4 year old, she was dancing like a ballerina out of excitement since we were there to get her a tablet, and the lady said she had to stop or for us to leave because her clicker kept going off, she also said we had to wait 15 minutes because she was taking her break. I grabbed my daughter and sat her on my lap while we waited. Another customer walked in and she decided to help him instead of us that had been waiting on her to stop taking her break. Came here around 1/10/24 trying to trade in my mom's phone and upgrade her... I thought Amy was doing me a solid one.. and trying to help. But she ADDED an extra phone line, and DID NOT disclose the information. She changed my plan to benefit her commission. The only way I found out it a week later, I went to a different T-MOBILE store to add my husband and they showed me there was an active third line and it showed I received TWO iPhone 15 and I just received ONE IPHONE 15, when I just traded in my moms phone for an upgraded. All Amy cared about was the commission. I WOULD NOT COME BACK HERE. Or course to come fix the issue, I had to drive back over here. Came here for the first time yesterday to claim the T-Mobile Tuesday Umbrella and there were three people in front of us. One was being helped by one worker while the other worker helped to answer inquiries within the line It turned out that the rest of us were here to claim the umbrella offer, but the worker was dealing with our inquiries one at time without asking the rest of us if we were here to claim the same deal too. So I was about to tell her that we were all here for the deal, when she finally beat me to the punch and got the rest of us our umbrellas. So I walk mins before they close to get a screen protector and there associate any greets me with a bad attitude right from the start.. proceeds to look up my account account and can't seem to find my info and in there system when I've contacted over 5 Phns from them and pay damn near 400 a month for my bill. then she proceeds to make it seem as if I'm lying to her And inconveniencing her to get my screen protector replaced under warranty . So she starts slamming my Phn around and taking deep breathes as if I'm wasting her time or something . I told her if it was too much trouble I can just replace it my self since she wants to be so rude . Then refuse to replace my screen protector after continuing to call me a liar and telling my screen proctor wasn't even from the T-Mobile store.. I will be contacting management to address her poor customer service and attitude . Little does she know I have family in T-Mobile corporate I'm going to make sure that other customers are not treated this way when we pay a lot of money for this Phn company's service read more

I would give lower than one star if I could. I never write reviews unless it is a multiple BAD experience. I went here 3 different times and every time was met with workers that knew absolutely nothing about phones or customer service. First time. I came to exchange my phone for an upgrade. The interaction wasn't too bad tbh. They checked my old phone to see if it was in good condition, it was. But the lady with the long nails n eyelashes, took of my screen protector to inspect, n put it back on wrong so there was so much dust on it.. which is fine. It was just annoying. Second time. Went back to see if they've shipped my new phone because they said it would ship within 1-2 weeks. It had been 4 weeks since I was there. So just wanted to double check on if the new phone order went through or what the problem was. I don't really know much about the whole back end of the phone exchange process so I was honestly just asking questions. But instead of answering or helping, from question one, they kept saying "we can't help you". I didn't go in there to receive the phone THAT day, just wanted to ask some questions. First girl (she was new) couldn't help, she brought in the girl with long nails, she couldn't help either. None of them were answering anything btw. Literally just saying "idk". Finally brought in another guy with glasses. This guy out of the three was the most rude. He didn't even let me finish any questions ( I didn't even ask one yet ), n kept interrupting me to the point I actually had to say "sir can I finish my sentence?". Horrible service. Third time. This time was for my dads phone. He was having problems with his calls being dropped n wanted to exchange phones. Same non responsive, rude attitude from before. Not even worth typing at this point. When I go to these places, I never expect my problems to be solved then and there, because I understand things happen. But there's a difference between: trying to help, and literally not caring, sitting there waiting for their next paycheck. We then explained what we were interested in and he explained everything with such detail and so much patience. There were no surprise fees nor awkward silences. This location has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered by T Mobile. The moment I walked in with my mother and my aunt in hopes to exchange our phones, my mom asked if anyone spoke spanish. I got there at about 1pm and an employee with some glasses answered, "yeah kinda." She clearly did since she was responding to my mother the WHOLE time in english when my mother was clearly speaking spanish. When my mom asked if there was anyone who spoke better Spanish she/he was very dismissive and said we could always come back later because that person was out on lunch. Then a few moments later the employee began to speak spanish.. like what? I find it strange that someone that clearly looks hispanic working in a hispanic community pretending like they don't speak spanish. We obviously left to take our business elsewhere. My curiosity though is why have people representing your business or location who treat their clients like this? I will never understand how they have people with that customer service working their business. Not only did we feel like they didn't want our business, we definitely felt disrespected by the way she/he pretended like they didn't speak spanish. Staff members are not friendly or helpful I came into this store trying to return 2 phones bought that didn't work I had reported the phones with the 14 days but had no luck with the return kit to be mailed to my home so 611 rep for T-Mobile asked me to go in store to return phones regardless of it being more then 14 days due to the claim being made within the claims time frame of 14 days I tried to explain this to the representative and was quickly cut off she stated let me speak to my manager it's been longer then 14 days she spoke to Oscar the store manager and he quickly responded he couldn't do anything due to the 14 day mark being over with. Had he let me explain that I had reported it within the 14 days I just needed to inform him I just didn't receive the return labels through mail so they asked me to come into a store he would have known the full story. I asked him to please check the notes and he refused, only after getting a rep on 611 did he even attempt to help, But once again cut off by first rep and now store manager he didn't want to assist nor find a resolution. So I called back 611 assistant and they explained that I could return the phone in person as long as it was a corporate store. I soon found out they were not a corporate store, had he took the time to help me and walk me through by checking the dictation notes on the account he could have directed me to the correct store instead he shut me out and was extremely rude. Not to mention I waited patiently 15 mins to be helped and when it was my turn he was helping me and another person as they walked in and simply tried to assist me and them I don't understand how he could have me wait 15 mins to be assisted while he helped the customer prior to me and have a walk in and address them promptly not providing exceptional service to me as I waited longer and patiently, no welcome to the store only simply please remove yourself from the entrance will assist you in a few, but no welcome at all, or sorry for the wait or welcome . This store really needs better training when it comes to assisting guest. We pay so much to be treated like this because we are not buying a phone, it's like we aren't worth their time! I hope they address and retrain all those 3 employees with manners empathy and further educate them on how to respond to corporate customers that aren't part of the proudly operated by wireless vision llc plans clients, I wouldn't even consider coming here again after this !
