IF I COULD GIVE THIS TMOBILE 50 STARS I WOULD! It was Saturday evening around 7:30pm the day before easter and I was looking to purchase a SYNCUP kids watch for my son. I live in Long Beach and the two mall stores open late both were sold out. The one location at the long beach town center had one but closed in 10 minutes the rep told me to rush down there (7:55pm and they close at 8pm) she said "try to make it by 8" well I got there at 8:02 and she said im so sorry I cant let you in anymore. Why tell me to go then???? Anyways I call a bunch of locations open late, I call Montebello and Andre answered and I asked if they had any without even putting me on hold (everyone else did) he checked and told me he did have a couple to head on in! I did tell him im coming from LB so I would be there 25 min before closing. Without hesitation he gladly said come in they will take care of me. When I got there was I greeted by Andre with a smile he sat me with Martin. BOTH treated me like family. Martin even helped me set up my sons watch making sure I knew how it worked, NEVER RUSHED ME. 1000 out of 10 experience. I would drive back to Montebello just to work with that team. read more

This store is a mess so I referred my friend to T-Mobile and as we were discussing plans their employee Jen Valdez said that they can do the magenta plan for 120 for 4 lines but when the first bill came it was 140 we even double checked 120 for 4 lines including tax multiple times Then why didn't we they do it online it was the same price minus the activation fee and referral credit I went back to the store and looked for Jen Valdez but they never acknowledged that they said such a thing. Then the managers said they can refund the activation fee and give me and my friend the referral credit after 30 days of opening when I called this manager moved to a different location and it's a nightmare I was able to get my 50 but they said my friend no what a lie I have been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years and I have never had this terrible experience before. read more

This review is for the sales rep who did exactly that - Used his "sales" tactics without informing the entire truth on my new monthly charges and tricking me into believing in his "good gesture" Dear David A., When my sister broke her new IPhone , we stopped by to purchase an even newer one. While we were there, you took the opportunity to enlighten us on what our current and perfectly reasonable family plan can upgrade to at "no additional cost whatsoever" Being the hesitant and doubtful person I am, I wasn't so quick to buy into your "convenient" offer. After pulling the sales bullshit with me and making me think that you had best interest at heart in "helping" I listened to your repetitive offer. After serious consideration and constant confirmation to my question "are you sure there will be absolutely no additional charges?" and taking your word for it , I authorized to switch plans that offered unlimited data and also managed to keep the same monthly rates. We thanked you and continued on with our happy day. 2 months later - My family plan increased from $80 to $120 In addition to that ^ each line increased by $5 (4 lines totaling $20) and the main line increased by $20 OUR FAMILY PLAN INCREASED OVERALL BY $80 EACH MONTH Now tell me David, who is going to pay for those additional $80 ? You should be responsible and own up to your lies by replying to me after I've contacted you on your direct line numerous times. I've visited 2 stores closest to home, to "resolve" the issue and I'm told to contact customer service/T mobile over the phone. I've spoken to 3 different representatives in call centers who don't understand the charges. Each rep. has provided me with a different story. One tells me to disregard the plan- it has been delayed and the other one tells me that I have been charged extra. So what is it Tmobile? We currently owe over $700 and I still can't get clarification on the bill. We have postponed on paying the bill until we get further clarification and a breakdown of the correct fees. Until this day we have yet to hear from someone helpful and I'm afraid that our services will be disconnected soon. I am disappointed and upset at the matter. We switched from Sprint to Tmobile because a friend recommended it. Well, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO TMOBILE. I advise that if you consider it, do not engage yourself in these "offers" that sound too good to be true. Oh, and avoid speaking with David who seems to only be chasing after commission instead of genuine customer service. Tricking people into offers for your own convenience is not a kind thing to do! Came to this store to get two new Apple watches. The associate that helped us was knowledgeable and made the process pretty quick. I was really happy with the customer service I received there. Reason for me giving 3 stars is because when I received my bill, I saw that insurance was put on the Apple watches without my authorization. Insurance for the watches was actually never brought up in conversation, so I'm not sure why the associate would put it. So this past weekend, I was out of service. Completely. It all started a long long time ago... on Friday. Which was FIVE days ago! It started while I was at work, I was having issues receiving data on my Mytouch 3G phone. I just didn't see the data signal on there, and nor could I get anything. But voice worked just fine. I called into customer service, and they said some maintenance was being done in the "Greater Los Angeles Area" and that my service would be intermittent. Well, I thought that to be odd, as "intermittent" meant going in and out, but I had voice for the next day, just no data up until around 3PM on Saturday when I called back in. This time around, the rep decided to try something, said she was resetting something on my account, and for me to turn my phone off and then back on. And then after that... All of my services were gone. no service, period. So I called in again, maybe 2-3 times, and each time, they told me it was either my hardware, or the maintenance again. Well, that's odd, because everyone else I knew who have Tmobile were having great coverage with voice and data while mine was just borked. They even tried blaming my new phone and end user mistakes! Anyway! So Sunday afternoon, I strolled into the Tmo store here at Montebello mall and right when I told the guy there what the problem was, he diagnosed it as a sim card error. Whatever that rep did to "reset" my account, had completely messed it up. He told me it'd be $20 for the sim card, but told me to talk to the tmo rep at customer service to get it for free. He let me use the store phone, and got me directly into customer service without having to give my last 4, cell phone #, and the fun of speaking to the automated system. Not even 5 minutes after that, was my account noted that I should get a free sim card, but he suggested I talk to them about crediting my account for the days my phone was out too! Saved me a total of $23! He did what those so-called tech experts at the Tmo call center couldn't, in a matter of minutes, and all with a smile too, despite him not getting commission since he wasn't selling me a phone. I was extremely impressed with the service displayed to me there at this store! If I were to add a second phone, I would definitely come here! :) read more

I went to this tmobile store inside the Montebello Mall, I was so excited to get me and my boyfriend new phones. We had gone through the activation and everything was going great, until the one of the sales person butt in, when we already had another sales rep activating our lines. This guy out of nowhere rips our brand new phone's boxes. It bothered me so much because when I asked him what was the point of doing that he gave me stupid attitude. The other represantative was kind enough to explain to me that the reason why is because people do fraud and it was to prevent fraud. Something the other guy couldn't do, instead of rasing his voice at me and treating me with a rude attitude. That's when I decited to cancel everything right then & there. I will never go back to that store. Too bad tmobile hires people to represent them that way. The worst part is that I think he was the manager. He's tall, thin, light skinned hispanic with a long nose, short hair, and his teeth are kinda messed up from the bottom. I wish I would have gotten his name.
