By far the best store in the T-Mobile Southern California chain. It's nice to know that some people still care about the customer and will jump thru any and as many loops as possible in order to make you happy. He helped me get the best deal and even called customer care for me so I did not have to. T-Mobile (and pretty much any other corporation) could use the staff in this store as a great guide for all their storefronts. They are VERY well versed in the current plans their company offers; they are VERY polite and professional as individuals and they are VERY good working as a team to support each other (which all = fair, well deserved new accounts for T-Mobile...smart). We have four phones and were getting ripped off by another carrier. With credit to T-Mob. for their $40 x 4 plan, the employees we worked with, Jeffery, Luis, Jessica ported our existing numbers over and we were able to keep our phones that we wanted. The best customer service we've had in a while! Luis and Jeffrey were very polite, helpful, respectful, and resourceful in their knowledge of our bills, payments problems, and phone service. The staff at T Mobile are exceptional and have customer service second to none. During the transition from ATT to T Mobile, ATT refused to unlock a phone. T Mobile went above and beyond to ensure our family did not go without a phone while ATT tried to hold us hostage. We spent 25 years with ATT and the way T Mobile treated us during this transition alone was better than ATT treated us for 25 years. Should have made the switch from ATT to T Mobile sooner! I recently dropped my phone in the ocean and went through T-mobile's insurance company to get a new one. There was a miscommunication between the insurance company and I about where the phone was supposed to be sent to and I had to wait 10 business days in order to be refunded and place a new claim. The manager at this location, Tony, was so helpful. Instead of waiting 10 days to get a new phone he allowed me to upgrade my phone (even though I wasn't able to provide him with a physical phone) so I could have one right away. After 23 days I finally had the money back in my account and was able to place another claim. I talked to two representatives and they said I was not able to place another claim on that phone. After talking to their supervisor they allowed me to fill out a form while my claim was pending and wait for it to be approved. I listened to the automated message at the end of the phone call and it said I had to return my old device or face a $900 fee. Essentially the representative filed my claim under damaged, when it was actually lost, and I was not able to talk to anyone unless I put my card information in. I e-mailed customer service and they told me that I need to call the number to change my claim..... umm YES I KNOW THAT. All of the workers at this location, Whitney, Luis, and Jeff, are so helpful. They spent hours talking to the insurance company for me to finally change my previous claim and get my replacement phone. This whole process took over a month and Tony was so understanding and nice enough to waive my late fee. Additionally, the life proof case I bought had a huge air bubble in it and was difficult to type on. Tony wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase so he allowed me to exchange the case even though it was passed the return date. In conclusion, this team will do anything to provide the best customer service that they can. I highly recommend going into this location if you are thinking about getting a new phone! read more

After accidentally washing my phone in a pair of cargo pants I panicked. I knew my phone was history but wasn't sure if I could retrieve my data from the sim card. I tried to get cute and ordered a similar phone from Amazon which turned out to be a used and damaged phone. I finally went to the local T-Mobile store and Priscilla was empathetic, professional, and helpful. Thanks to her I was able to purchase a new phone with charger and more importantly, retrieve the data from my damaged sim card and program my new phone with the data including my old phone number. After getting months of $750-$1,200 bills from ATT for a family of 4, and not receiving any help. ATT was charging us data charges every 15 minutes if we were using it or not. Needless to say, enough was enough. As much of a "headache" I thought the whole process would be to transfer from one company, contracts, and keep the numbers. Whatever I had envisioned, was truly false. My first contact in the store was with Abby. She assured me, how T Mobile could help, and went thru their current promotion. I still needed time to think and investigate it a little more, to make myself feel comfortable. In my mind, this was going to be a major move which usually comes with problems, and a high price tag. One mistake I did make, was a week later I called T mobile corporate line. For some reason, the promotions on phone and in store are two separate deals. It can be very confusing. After getting off the phone, I ended up back at this same location. Abby recognized me, and was busy helping someone but asked Luis to help me. She filled him in on what my current situation was with my current carrier. I decided to transfer my four lines to T Mobile, and it has been the best decision I have made. Not only that, but the little questions that come up along the way, Luis & Abby have been there every step of the way to address them. Recently, I came back into the store with my old ATT bill, so they could help me get reimbursement on my old contracts. This location in Seal Beach has very bad customer service. This happened today at 3:00 pm. I bet Sue S's complaint yesterday was about this same employees!! Something has to be done with these people. There were 3 customers waiting before me, and two left because they could not wait any longer. I asked the other customer waiting as to how long they have been waiting and she said more than one hour. I do not even know how long the other two customers were waiting. One rep was standing next to the customer while that customer was on the phone complaining about her bill to the billing department. The rep could have helped other customers while the customer was on the phone discussing her issues. The other 2 reps were huddle together looking at the computer. No rep looked up to acknowledge the presence of all the customers waiting, no one asked why we were there, as if the room was empty. I eventually left. I am telling you, do not go to this store, or you will waste your drive and your time. read more
