I am very thankful for that, because I was not thinking of any specials offers. I had let her know, I was not interested in trading in my phone. She was able to find the best plan so I did not have to. For my second visit, I went to upgrade my mom's phone. I was met with the same friendly team greeting me when I walked in. There was a different young lady that helped me. Super nice! She really did help me out with savings and let me know about the different options to save on my monthly bill. If you are looking for a Verizon store that is attentive and helpful, I would recommend for you to check out this store. They did great both times I visited.

I had a model in mind that was on display but it was out of stock. Instead of offering to order it or have it shipped or any alternatives the lady told me to just go across the street to Best Buy. lol. She didn't pull up her tablet to double check or do anything else so the whole interaction was very dismissive and lasted a minute. Ok, whatever you don't want my business today. A few days later I came back because the phone was showing as in-stock for local pickup. The other employee spent some time looking for options and promos I could get and I left with better phone. They seem more enthusiastic setting up new lines probably for commission, not so much if you're just trying to get an upgrade for an existing line, even as long lasting customer.

What I'd say here is that it's really nice to have a neighborhood auto parts store that you can…read moreplace an online order with and pick up in a couple of hours. They seem to have a pretty solid collection of parts and I've been able to find what I need here and the pricing seems fair. As far as the knowledge of the workers, I can only base it on one overheard conversation of a worker explaining to someone how a torque wrench worked, and it was a solid explanation. So seems good based on that one example! The workers seem like they might be mechanic types versus customer service types, which is totally fine. Knowledge is better than a very friendly person who doesn't know about cars, especially in a car store. But it seems like getting around to you when you talk in and step up to the counter to pick up your order is not the highest priority - they usually amble up at a leisurely pace after doing whatever other things they were in the process of doing before you walked in - no interrupt cycles there! :D But it's fine, again, I know it's a chain. But it does feel more like a neighborhood store, and the convenience is really nice. So they're more than OK by me and I'm happy they're close to home.

I needed a phone immediately. Called in to ask what the cheapest phone was. With the sale they were having, I was told I could get a phone for $20, as long as I had my old phone for at least 90 days. Came in same-day. Teresa assisted me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Also her nails were on point, juss saying. Got my $20 phone hooked up in no time. Its a nice phone too. Touch screen. Huge screen. I got the phone, a sim card, activation, a charger, a car charger, a screen protector, 1 year insurance, increased monthly data and a damn hello kitty fidget spinner all for like $60. Walked out of there completely hooked up! The only minor annoyance is that several things were charged separately and I only had my card so I had to keep running it. A minor inconvenience I would take any day. MetroPCS is always having some sale or other so don't get discouraged I mentioned sale pricing. Just go to Teresa, she will let you know exactly what she can do for you. There's also a liquor store next door. Popped in right after and bought a beer to reward myself for smart shopping. 5/5!
