I was also over charged by $100 for the Windows 11. - There were more parts found damaged from being assembled. RAMs look like they were aggressively pushed in. - CPU prong bent. Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. So I brought the PC to him and Adam determined that the motherboard was ruined. It was an older PC, so rather than put in a new motherboard, he recommended I purchase a refurbished one with a warranty for the same price. Adam transferred all the data and applications from the old PC to the "new" refurbished one, and it has been working fine ever since.
