Martin saved us a ton of money by picking up our BBQ and refurbishing it. Within a week, we had what looked like an almost brand-new BBQ! It's squeaky clean and polished. The ignitor now works with the first push, and he replaced the grates, burners, and even cleaned the ceramic tiles. Martin went above and beyond by patching a rusty hole in the back and replacing the broken temperature gauge. He also happened to have a used tile rack on hand which saved us from buying a new one which runs about $270.00. He's very generous and honest as the day is long! Quan misunderstood that she did not contract for the replacing of the lawn pieces. However, the business owner Kory stated that he is willing to do this on her behalf without charge. I am therefore correcting my rating since it was my misunderstanding and not the plumber, Kory Rushing. (Old review no longer valid) Company owner, Kory Rushing was "paid in full" for plumbing repair work on my friends (Quan) property in San Jose and did not finish the job. A section of lawn needs to be replaced over a ditch on the front lawn. The owner's wife, Skylee Rushing was contacted twice via phone (3/19/24 & 4/4/24) requesting that the job get finished. Both times Skylee stated that her husband or crew would be over to finish replacing the lawn pieces. The owner, Kory nor his crew ever showed up or called. The job still remains unfinished. I, Dale Kuersten am representing the property owner (Quan) a 77 year old Thai woman who doesn't speak english clearly and feels she's been taken advantage of. All she wants is the job finished as she is unable to resolve this by herself.
