If you're looking for nice handbags this is the place! Great attentive service from Alex, I will return.

I stand corrected. There was a woman worker in the other day. I really like how this pawnshop does business one of the exemplary of my town thank y'all for being so excellent leading by example will be in there soon to buy some goods. read more

I came in with a Fireman T07573 generator Which retails at $1,349.99 brand new. I went in knowing I wouldn't get what I paid so I wasn't expecting that much. I've never had to use it for longer than 10 minutes, and it is in great condition, they pay a 1/3 of what the listings are on eBay, anyone reading this can search up the model of generator and see there is only one generator listed as of right now (5/1/26) for $749.89. One of the employees pulled up a PART of the generator which was listed for $179.99 and decided to offer me $25 for the working generator. I think pawn shops do good things in some cases but this was unfair and I won't attempt to do buisness with them again. read more

They just offered me $200 for a 2023 full suspension EMTB bike. Lol Reason for, bikes are hard to sell. These lil kids they have in front of the store apparently don't know much. With a something smells look on their face. I went to the pawn shop in Salinas and they knew what I had right away. read more

They were very nice here. The service was friendly. Their selections seem very good. They gave me a good price and it was very convenient.

Took my scrap silver and methodically weighed, sorted and promptly was paid. No issues

Bangin' deals!!! I stopped into Watsonville Pawn last Sunday when I was in town. I seen a Stihl HS56 hedge trimmer on the sales floor. I've been keeping my eyes out for one the past couple months.. Charlie, Alex, and the team worked a deal I couldn't pass up. Also, last month I picked up a Stihl MS311 chainsaw and this thing is an absolute BEAST! I was able to round up a giant fallen oak tree with ease. This is the same family that owns Salinas Pawn and Seaside Pawn. I still have my iPod touch I bought from Seaside Pawn 10 years ago and it still works great! Thank you for what you do and being here for the community. read more

One of the people working here gave my friend an offer for a pawn loan on his bike and told him to come back if he couldn't sell it, when my friend came back in he called him a beggar for trying to take him up on his offer. Super unprofessional and deragotory at best. You are better off not wasting any time here. They aren't a serious business. read more

Rude people just called them and get a rude tone like I'm going to come in now... doesn't make sense but you know what I can go get ripped off somewhere else read more

This is a nice clean pawn shop with a good variety of things for sale. I like their security door where you have to be buzzed in and out from. Limited street Parking out front. read more

We stopped in during the Strawberry festival. They were handing out balloons to the kids. Great place to shop. A lot of different inventory. BRIAN was great to work with! Ended up buying jewelry and a skate deck. Will be back! read more

I was very surprised and happy with the overall experience. Great customer service.

I want to give more than five stars to Cyfer Who works at the pawn shop who is very friendly honest 100% or more outgoing with a great smile every time you walk in the door when you're down and you walk in the door and you see cyfer it brightens up your day. If I could give him a metal for being a good sales person and honest trustworthy I would. not go to any other pawnshop and I really don't want to deal with anybody else because they don't have a good attitude and a good smile not really friendly just all about business can't joke with most of the workers there but maybe two that I know. Just hope he doesn't leave Watsonville pawn shop anytime soon, there has been a few that left that I would like to deal with a heart of the same attitude as him. Tonya read more

Store is clean, all of the employees are wearing masks. During covid they remain open. They where able to help me out with some quick cash for some of my bills. Thanks again! Walked out with more than what I expected for some of my old retro video games. read more

NO VENGAN AQUI! DESCRIMINAN!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They changed staff and the new store manager that is from Venezuela is really unprofessional! He tried to lock my family inside the store until they purchased and item! We had been consumers for 15 years and this last visit left a sour taste in our mouths! I DO NOT recommend this new staff! read more

Looked ok but I think their tools were way over priced. Can get brand new hand tools for what they were asking for well used ones. Not sure if I would ever go back. read more

Don't waste your time! Came in here with a Tiffany necklace (bought at the Tiffany store in Carmel-by-the-Sea, box and bag included) and was told that it's a fake! I guess the only way they can get business is their weak attempts at lying to people and telling them their things are worthless. Not the case when it comes to Tiffany's, sorry idiots. I was hesitant to even try a pawn shop (never been to one before) and I guess they aren't used to real, quality items. I will literally "return to Tiffany's". read more

Apparently they have everything they need. Don't even bother. They were nice about everything, though.

Let me tell you this place really sucks, when you see something you might want the prices are double than if you buy it new and when you want to sell something they find every excuse to give you pennies for it and when you want to pawn anything you bring forget it, if you ask for $40 they'll offer half of $40 or less. Doing business with this guy's sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to no-one for reals you're better off selling it on the streets. Don't go there they're a rip off trust me. read more

I came down all the way from San Jose, finally found things I need, those guys are great, Excellent services!!

Bought a large item (for a fair price) and the guys were super helpful getting it boxed up and loaded in my truck. Everyone was in a mask.

Great customer service, some really cool stuff in there but the reason for the 2 stars is very simple due to the outcome. I went in trying to sell some jewelry. It's obvious that your not gonig to get much from any pawn shop but the fact that they tried to low ball me and thought I didn't know what I had and it's value it's just wrong they and expected me to take a 95% loss kick rocks! the beauty of it was I had legitimate paper work on it and as soon as I started dropping knowledge you can tell they didn't want anything to do with me with customers on the floor...well won't be going back, what I suggest is do some research before you step in you might be disappointed with theboutcome read more

I live in Santa Cruz and make the drive to Watsonville often just to shop here. They have the best customer service and I am always greeted by one of the employees. I bring in my old broken jewelry and I am able to trade it for new jewelry. It is worth the drive! read more

Love this place! They have everything! My husband was looking at the tools, my kids were looking at the video games and I was looking at the jewelry. We all left with something! Prices were reasonable and we were able to negotiate a good price for everything. And on a side note, the store was very clean and employees were extremely professional. I will definitley be returning! read more
