Fixed my surface pro quickly & for a fair price. Works great now. Found my go to for repairs.

I had a great experience this week at Fix Station in the Capitola Mall. My phone battery had stopped charging. The guy was working and he determined the problem quickly. It needed a new battery. They were out of stock for the battery & the rear glass plate. These were out of stock and it would arrive in 3 days. He called on the 3rd day and I came down. It took about 30 minutes to change both items. It works perfectly now. I appreciated the prompt service. I would highly recommend. read more

The guy who helped me with my son's iPad was very honest and didn't take advantage of us where he easily could have. He gave us great advice

On January 7, 2026, Fix Station diagnosed my iPhone 16 Pro as having a damaged motherboard and presented me with the option of trading it in for one of their phones. I was sold a used, unlocked iPhone 16 Pro from their display case for $850 cash (they do not accept credit cards), based on the representation that the phone was fully functional and suitable for normal use. Within hours, the phone showed serious defects, including failure to charge properly and rapid battery drain. I returned to the store within 22 hours (January 8, 2026) to return the phone and request a refund. The staff refused to refund me and claimed--without evidence--that I had damaged the phone. A partial refund was briefly offered and then withdrawn after a heated confrontation, which I recorded. I clearly stated that I did not consent to repairs and did not want a newly purchased phone to require fixing. I requested only a refund. Law enforcement was present to document the refusal to refund a defective product. I have since sent a formal demand letter requesting a refund and have received no response. I am now preparing to pursue this matter in small claims court. I paid $850 cash for a phone that did not work, lost my trade-in phone, and was forced to purchase a replacement elsewhere just to be able to work. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. read more

Took iphone in for back replacement. Camera had black spot the man told me. But since all my camera functions still worked I said fine, replace the back. when he gave phone back to me the camera would not flip to front view. He fixed that. And then face recognition would not work. He couldn't fix it and said it was already broken when I brought it in. But it was working fine before I allowed him to handle my phone. My recommendation is to not give your iPhone to this shop to fix anything. read more

My phone fell off a roller coaster and was completely smashed. Fuad did a diagnostic to determine if I could recover the most recent photos that weren't backed up. I didn't have an appointment. Just walked in and he did an excellent job of describing what I could expect, options and pricing. In the end, I decided not to recover my photos, but given this service, I am considering cancelling my monthly insurance policy with my carrier since I fee confident about repairs and/or replacements from here. read more

Fix Station was just terrific. Repaired my IPhone. New battery, screen. Quickly down and at a fair price. I would recommend them

So pleasantly surprised with the efficiency & price for having my iPhone 15 broken screen glass replaced! The nice guy at counter said it would only cost $25, I said "great, let's do it", I turned around and looked at some phone cases for about 3 minutes & he was done and finishing putting on a a perfect, shiny screen protector. Couldn't be happier!! read more

Fuad was amazingly helpful and competent in repairing my older IPhone (after I'd fumbled an attempted repair, Never use Superglue!) He was very friendly, and had my phone up and running in 25 minutes! ( $85., since he had to take it apart) Thanks, Fuad! read more

Poor customer service skills. Owner is rude and hollow. Says cheap prices upfront then overcharges once services have been rendered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. read more

The guy there was so helpful and tried to help us activate a Mobile Mint SIM on an old Verizon Samsung phone. We didn't have enough info to complete the task, but he did so much more than Verizon did to help! Would definitely recommend Fix Station! read more

I went in with a broken charging port on my iPhone 13 and an hour later he had it fixed and working for me. It was incredibly easy And he's also just a really nice guy! read more

What a waste of time and money. I thought i was saving money by replacing my screen but i ended up getting a new phone because of incompetence and irresponsibility..He replaced two screens but i could not use the biometrics feature after the screens were replaced. No follow up when he said he would fix the phone and and I waited 25 minutes because he did not to get work at his scheduled opening.. read more

I operate a private airport shuttle service & rely on my phone, particularly the calendar, map, flight tracker & contacts apps. Over the last few years Fuad has twice (TWICE!) rescued my entrepreneurial butt from cell phone hell. Don't waste time & patience seeking post-sale support from your carrier or chain store. Fuad will become your go-to guy for assistance with any of your digital devices. read more

They were able to fix my extremely damaged phone in just a few hours, and saved me hundreds of dollars and the hassle of needing to buy a new expensive iPhone. They were also very sympathetic to my panic after bringing my phone in that had bad water damage. Couldn't recommend them enough! read more

Had an issue with my oppo reno 11pro type c port. I always had to play around with the usb cable in order to get it charge. Figured The piece would have to be replaced expecting to pay major money..... He took it looked at it and said naw its good I just need to clean it out give me 10 minutes and it will be good as new. He could of bilked me out of major bucks, nope he was honest and great service! Thank you so much. Of note!!! The mall directory still list's him located in a kiosk he has moved into actual store location in between Tmobile and Cricket Wireless. Awesome service read more

The guy at the desk was super nice and gave me some discounts as well. My phone works great now and i'm satisfied:)

I highly recommend Fuad and Cedric at the Fix Station if you have a broken smart phone or iPad! My son and his best friend got in a tug-of-war over an iPad and the iPad ended up having a broken LCD screen. This is a deeper problem than just a crack in the glass and we didn't think it would be repairable. It was a $700 iPad. We brought it to the fix-it station and in 45 minutes they had replaced both the LCD screen and the glass perfectly. The cost was $250, so this saved us a lot of money. We are so grateful we found the Fix Station! read more

I'm so grateful for Fix Station in the Capitola Mall. I completely cracked the front and back of my phone and they were able to fix both in a few hours. Nicos helped me and he was so nice, helpful, and patient while I also tried many new cases :). I highly recommend their service if you crack your phone and need it fixed! read more

I got my dying iphone battery replaced here, only to find out that the "new" battery I got didn't even last most of a day. I told the owner this was just like the battery I had just had replaced, and asked if he could do something to fix it. He had no interest in holding himself or his product accountable. (I ended up getting an actual new battery elsewhere.) I would never go back here. read more

Needed rear glass replaced on an older iPhone, and 2 other repair shops refused to quote me, or said entire phone needed replaced. However Fix Station promptly gave me a quote, was very responsive with further questions, and did the replacement same-day and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!! read more

Not the best customer service ever but very efficient and fast service... maybe the guy only needs to be a little bit more friendly. 30 minutes to put a new screen in my iPhone. read more

I had a small problem with my phone, that no one else was able to resolve. It took the guy at Fix Statin about 12 seconds, and all is well. I did not know there was a local (Santa Cruz area) cell phone repair store near me until I found this place. Fix Station will definitely be my go-to for any problems I have with my phones. Fix Station provides amazing support that AT&T couldn't. I was greeted by Fuad who assessed my situation. While AT&T provided an alarmist POV, saying that it's so damaged that I shouldn't even been touching it, Fuad looked at it and said, yeah, it's a battery problem but otherwise the phone is in great shape! So, my advice is, before you go out and get a new phone, go to these guys. They can fix it and/or provide you options that aren't incentivized by an AT&T salesperson. The service is great, kind, and patient. Highly recommend Fix Station. read more

Fast and knowledgeable! Glad to find them so close to home. And.....you can make appointments!!!

I brought in my old 6S+ iPhone with a broken screen. I was concerned that I might not have the time, since I went in during my lunch break. He was helping 2 others who had arrived before me. Despite that, he attended to me quickly and fixed my broken screen while I had lunch. Phone works great. I'm very happy and grateful for his service. read more

Fixed my daughter's cracked iPhone screen quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Fast ,efficient , knowledgeable. I was so grateful to get this done at a decent price.

So I called this guy and asked if he could change the battery on a iPhone Xr and change the battery on a iPhone 7... I also asked if he could replace the charging port on the iPhone 7.... This dude was trash... he broke the face I.D. on the iPhone Xr and there is no fix for that... That phone still doesn't work properly. Also the iPhone Xr keeps saying it doesn't recognize the battery even though we decided to put the original Apple battery back in... On the iPhone 7 he broke the screen and the home button no longer worked.. Don't go to this place it is not worth it. read more

My Grandson tripped over the cord for my Ipad Pro 12.9" Gen 2 and it bent the lightning connection on the cord. Then I was unable to plug a different cord in to charge it. I assumed the charging port needed repair and brought it in to Fix Station. They took a look inside of the charging port and were able to see that metal wires had broken off of the cord and were keeping me from being able to plug in. I waited while a young man worked on it and after a bit I asked if I should come back and he said, "sure in about 1/2 hour". When I came back, he was helping another customer and he quickly grabbed my ipad for me. I asked what the cost was to fix it and he said NO CHARGE! Unbelievable. Not only was it great and fast service but they didn't charge me and any other place would have. I will always support Fix Station with my business going forward. This came at a particular time when money was tight and this was a real lifesaver. OUTSTANDING service all the way around! read more

Highly recommend Fredo and the Fix Station for all your mobile phone, tablet repairs and protection. Fredo is fearless and super knowledgeable with any device. He is quick and efficient and comes at a great price for fixing screens, replacing batteries, suggesting cases++. I went today and was in and out in 20mins. He fixed my screen and helped me get a better case to protect my phone. It's great to have this kiosk in our region and I hope I don't have to go see him again ;-) but when I do (and I'm sure I will have to again) it'll be Fredo at the Fix Station for sure! read more

Received a message regarding the repair of my non iPhone screen replacement. Went to the site today, gentleman in a hoodie looks up me (does not stand, merely looks up) I asked about replacing the screen, showed him my phone and he mumbled, "no" and then continued playing on his phone. Easier for me to buy a replacement phone. The customer service here is severely lacking. If you want my business the least you can do is act like you do. I had to mark one star to post this, that's the only reason. read more

Wanted $235 to replace the glass on a Pixel 7a which I bought used for$200. It is too bad that parts and labor make it not worth repairing a phone. read more

Dropped my Cell Phone and cracked the display. Called Fredo and he confirmed they had the parts in stock. Drove there and left my phone and returned 30 min later and he was done. When I got home I discovered the display was not working correctly. I called and spoke to Fredo and he said it was probably a bad replacement display. They would have to order a new one and to come back next week. No argument just come in and he will replace. I returned and left my cell phone and returned in 30 minutes and after I checked it completely, the new display works beautifully. Seems there is a lot of denial of responsibility lately! NOT at Fix Station at the Capitola Mall! Fredo and Bahman will take care of you until it's right! I highly recommend Fix Station at the Capitola Mall for a good value and highest quality service.
