I've used Clickaway a few times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At first, they were very helpful, especially Lawrence because I have a Mac.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I bought a Microsoft word program from Clickaway twice. Recently, I tried to open the program but I get a message that I have to activate the account. I've tried every which way to do this--spending several hours--with no success. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called Clickaway and talked to Lawrence there was nothing they could do, even though I bought the program through them and had it installed with them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lawrence gave me an 800 number to call Microsoft, which I did. There is a pre-recorded message that is not helpful and then they hang up[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Clickaway has given me no choice but to buy the word program again, almost $200. Very disappointing. Visit 1: I have been to this place multiple times and I can't recommend it enough. They've been great, professional, fixed my product quickly and efficiently, provided all relevant information, and offered competitive rates. Visit 2: I was very enthusiastic about ClickAway when I've gotten fixes in the past. I got my phone repaired for a broken back and a camera that was often have issues with being out of focus. The person questioned which I was using the phone correctly which I found sort of insulting. They then repaired my camera but upon replacing my camera, my flash no longer worked. I got the repair while visiting from out of town. So while the camera worked now (it was not user error) I was stuck with a phone with a broken flash on the camera.
