I was sold a used, unlocked iPhone 16 Pro from their display case for $850 cash (they do not accept credit cards), based on the representation that the phone was fully functional and suitable for normal use. Within hours, the phone showed serious defects, including failure to charge properly and rapid battery drain. I returned to the store within 22 hours (January 8, 2026) to return the phone and request a refund. The staff refused to refund me and claimed--without evidence--that I had damaged the phone. A partial refund was briefly offered and then withdrawn after a heated confrontation, which I recorded. I clearly stated that I did not consent to repairs and did not want a newly purchased phone to require fixing. I requested only a refund. Law enforcement was present to document the refusal to refund a defective product. I have since sent a formal demand letter requesting a refund and have received no response. I am now preparing to pursue this matter in small claims court. I paid $850 cash for a phone that did not work, lost my trade-in phone, and was forced to purchase a replacement elsewhere just to be able to work. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

For full disclosure, I purchased none of their services but would still work with these gentlemen in a heartbeat. After seeing one of their ads online, I decided to call to see if they had any locations in Texas to help with a modification (#1) with my newest Meta gear. They also specialize in selling phones, screen repair for smartphones and tablets, console repair, laptop and data recovery. Norbert was super professional, friendly, and immensely helpful. I appreciated his recommendations and suggestions for my situation and was impressed with his ability to diagnose my issue over the phone. He was extremely upfront about their pricing and their reasons for being in business. It's clear they have a community initiative, for which I give them major kudos. The biggest surprise was the owner, Gabe who was not only extremely responsive but also went the extra mile in offering a discount for rapid shipping due to my timeliness. He was also offering tips and maintenance advice, which was completely unsolicited and generous. This is an example of going above and beyond and it certainly has not gone unnoticed. I would give anything to have a resource like this in my neck of the woods. I genuinely wish them the best. ___________ (#1) Which is only $30. A bargain compared to the triple digit price gouging happening here in H-Town.

I know the standard pricing is $200 through the Google sponsored fix-it stores, all of which are an hour+ drive for me. I called I-help, they had the part already in stock (official pixel 6 lcd), gave me a quote of $195, so I brought in my phone. The man working the desk (sorry I forgot your name!) was very kind and efficient, letting me know how long it would take. They took as long as they said it would take, called my alternate phone to tell me it was ready, and I picked it up and it looks and feels brand new. And get this, they give a lifetime guarantee on their installation in case something goes wrong with it (doesn't cover me dropping it again obviously). Couldn't be happier with the speed, convenience, price, and the whole experience.
