When I dropped off the phone, they said they would call me for update 1-2 days later. I didn't receive any calls, so I called them and they didn't even work on it yet. 4 days later, I called again. They said they found the issue and would try to fix it. They specifically said they would call me back to let me know if they could fix the phone or I would need to replace the parts. Almost 2 weeks from the day I dropped it off, no calls at all. I called them and the staff there said I was supposed to call them and blamed everything on me. Before bringing my phone here, I called and asked for price. After 2 WEEKS of inspection, they gave me whole different price. They were unable to fix the phone at all and want to overcharge me to replace the part. It was a total waste of time and money. I paid $40 just to have it inspected and nothing was fixed. Staff was unfriendly and lied to customer. Make sure to have them write down the price when you drop off your phone or don't come here at all.

The man working the desk (sorry I forgot your name!) was very kind and efficient, letting me know how long it would take. They took as long as they said it would take, called my alternate phone to tell me it was ready, and I picked it up and it looks and feels brand new. And get this, they give a lifetime guarantee on their installation in case something goes wrong with it (doesn't cover me dropping it again obviously).
