Jesse had a spot-on assessment of what my home set-up needed just by talking with me by phone before he even came to my place to do any work. We have Comcast wireless at our home, but it needed a boost in order for me to meet with clients via video platforms, without lots of poor-connection problems. About 5 months ago, I was looking to build a gaming computer. Jesse went above and beyond to help me build it. He not only assembled it for me, but also helped pick out the necessary parts that I needed. We bought an iMac to be compatible with our iPhones, iPad, and Apple TV over a year ago and were assured it would make life "so much easier"...Right. After being a PC user since 1996 we discovered it is easier...if you've used a Mac since 1996. The transition has been a slog at best and finally got into a bind while syncing photos. Called Jesse, made an appointment, and within a well spent period of time, he fixed not only the problem, he confidently put us back in the driver seat! Jesse is the best. I am much more of a dinosaur than not when it comes to computers, so in my one-person business, Jesse has become my IT dept. I have a very low tolerance for my computer not working. So when something isn't right, I call Jesse. Because of his reliability and knowledge, my panic level, my stress level, etc. are all down. I have given him some tough problems because I work with very old programs and equipment, and he has found a solution every single time. He doesn't throw up his hands and tell me to learn new programs. He has helped coordinate back-up computers to keep me up and running no matter what; He has even worked remotely on my computer that is out-of-state and that needs to be in sync with the others. He has discovered problems before they became problems and kept my computer out of trouble.
